INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the historic and beautiful city of Prague, Czech Republic.

Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, is famed for its stunning architecture, rich history, and vibrant cultural scene. Key landmarks include the historic Old Town Square with its astronomical clock, the magnificent Charles Bridge, and the Prague Castle complex.

This city provides a magnificent setting for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the festival from 02-05 July 2026.

The festival welcomes folk ensembles and cultural-art societies from around the world.

List of participating countries includes Sri Lanka, Indonesia, India, Poland, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Romania, Slovenia, Montenegro, Italy, Sweden, Moldavia, Armenia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Latvia, and Estonia.

Performances take place during the festival day.
Groups should bring their national flag.
CV and photos should be sent via email.
Groups arrange their own transport to Prague.


 ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is provided in 3-star and 4-star hotels in Prague such as Top Hotel ****, Olympik Congress Hotel ****, Hotel Olympik Tri Star ***, and Hotel Olšanka ****.

Participation fee for 2 nights with half board:
130 EUR in hotels like Top Hotel ****
135 EUR in hotels like Olympik Congress Hotel **** and Hotel Olšanka ****

Participation fee for 3 nights with half board:
170 EUR in hotels like Top Hotel ****
175 EUR in hotels like Hotel Olšanka **** and Olympik Congress Hotel ****

Additional costs include a double room surcharge of 7 EUR per person per night depending on the hotel, tourist tax of 2 EUR per person per day for persons aged 18 and older, and a refundable hotel deposit of 20-30 EUR depending on the hotel. Optional excursions are available at extra cost.

Organizers provide one free place for every 25 paying members, certificates, plaques, presents, invitation letters, and organizational expenses.

Accommodation is in triple or quadruple rooms, with double rooms available for a surcharge. Half board includes breakfast and dinner.

Optional full-day excursion to Carl’s Vari (Karlovy Vary) or Dresden.
Return to Prague.

Overnight stay.

Day 3 (04.07.2026)
Breakfast.
Festival day with sound check and performances by cultural-art societies.
Receiving of plaques, certificates, and presents.
Dinner.
Optional friendly night.
Overnight stay.

Day 4 (05.07.2026)
Breakfast.
Optional ship tour on the Vltava river.
Check-out and departure.

Optional excursions are available at extra cost, with prices depending on the number of participants.

Tour of Prague from 5 EUR per person.
Dresden 35 EUR per person.
Carlstein (Karlštejn) 25 EUR per person.
Carl’s Vari (Karlovy Vary) 35 EUR per person.
Discotheques 15 EUR per person.
Ship tour on the Vltava from 15 EUR per person.
