We invite you to the XXXX. International Folklore Festival in Prague, where folklore ensembles from around the world gather to celebrate cultural heritage, music, and dance in the heart of Europe. Join us for an unforgettable experience, performances, excursions, and networking opportunities!

Festival Highlights

Festival Program

06 November 2025 – Arrival & Prague Tour

• Arrival and check-in at hotel.
• Facultative guided walking tour of Prague:

• Václav Square, National Museum
• Old Town Square & Astronomical Clock
• Prague Jewish Quarter & Staronová Synagogue
• Charles Bridge & Karl IV Monument
• National Theater
• Dinner at the hotel.
• Optional: Visit to local discotheques for social activities.
• Overnight stay.

07 November 2025 – Festival Day

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Soundcheck & Festival Performances:

• Cultural performances by participating ensembles.
• Presentation of plaques, certificates, and gifts.
• Dinner at the hotel.
• Optional: Friendship Night for participants.
• Overnight stay.

08 November 2025 – Excursion Day

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Optional day tour (choose one):

• Karlovy Vary: Famous European health resort visited by historical figures.
• Dresden: Stunning historical city along the Elbe River, featuring the Zwinger, Royal Palace, and Semper Opera House.
• Free time for individual activities.
• Return to Prague & hotel dinner.
• Overnight stay.

09 November 2025 – Departure

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Optional: Boat tour on the Vltava River.
• Hotel check-out & departure.

Participation Fees & Accommodation

Additional Costs

• Tourist tax: €2 per day (only for participants over 18 years old).
• Single Room Supplement: €7 per person per night (depending on the hotel).
• Extra night: Starting at €45 per person (depending on hotel and room type).
• Refundable hotel deposit: €20-30 per person (depends on hotel).

Application & Payment Details

• Application Deadline:
• Deposit: 10% of total cost upon approval (deducted from final payment).
• Final Payment Deadline: 90 days before arrival.
