Position         

1. PLACE AND DATE:

Bakhshyan Children's Philharmonic, Yerevan, Armenia, April 12-15, 2019

3. OBJECTIVES:

Popularization of creativity of children and youth, presentation of cultural traditions of peoples of different countries, development of interethnic and international relations in the field of culture and creativity

4. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:

Anyone can take part in the competition, regardless of age and nationality, who submitted an application before January 31, 2019 and paid 120 euros for the participation (the price includes participation in the individual nomination - 35 euros, 3 nights in a 4 * hotel in Yerevan in 2 and 3-bed rooms, 3 breakfasts, 3 dinners). Participants in collective nominations of up to 10 people pay 110 euros, over 10 people - 100 euros. Surcharge for the second individual nomination - 20 euros, collective up to 10 people - 15 euros per person, 10 or more people - 10 euros per person. Participants of the festival program (non-competitive) pay 95 euros.

5. NOMINATIONS AND TIME OF PERFORMANCE:

Choreography of all directions (solo, duet, trio, small forms up to 8 dancers and large forms up to 12 dancers) - 1-2 dances with a total duration of up to 8 minutes, vocals of all directions (solo, pop, choir) - 2 diverse works with a total duration of 8 minutes, instrumental performance of all genres (piano, violin, string, wind, percussion, folk instruments) - 2 diverse works with a general sound up to 8 minutes, visual and applied art of all directions - 1 work to choose, theaters of fashion and costume - 1- 2 k lecture theaters - an excerpt from the play up to 15 minutes, artistic expression - 1-2 pieces up to 8 minutes. Participants of the non-competitive festival program present a program with a total duration of 15 minutes.

6. AGE GROUPS:

Age of participants is not limited. Age groups are formed according to the submitted applications: 3-6 years, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18, 19-25 and older

7. JURY:

Members of the jury rate the performances of the contestants on a 10-point scale. The jury's decision is final and the announced results are not subject to revision.

8. REWARDING:

In each nomination and age group the first, second, third place and Grand Prix of the competition are awarded. The jury reserves the right not to award titles or duplicate titles. Winners are awarded with medals, cups, diplomas. Festival participants receive honorary diplomas.

9. SPECIFICATIONS:

All participants in a music, vocal and choreographic competition, as well as fashion theaters, must provide a high quality phonogram on flash media. Allowed backing vocals. The Organizing Committee has the right not to allow participants to participate in the competition with poor quality phonograms and outdated media.

10. OTHER CONDITIONS

All delegations bear the cost of paying for participation in the competition, travel to Yerevan and back, visa (if required) and insurance

April 12 - Arrival in Yerevan, Armenia. Hotel accommodation, technical conference and meeting with the organizers, dinner, overnight.

14.04 - Breakfast. City tour (if selected). Award and Gala Concert. Dinner. Overnight stay.

04/15 - Breakfast. Optional excursion (if selected). Departure of participants.

April 17 th - arrival in Rostov-on-Don.
