With pleasure we INVITE you (Folk ensembles, Choral groups, Ballroom dance teams, art schools, Music theatre, modern dance teams, orchestras and majorette teams), (children and youth  groups) to participate on  XI INTERNATIONAL ANTALYA DANCE & MUSIC FESTIVAL from 04 - 10 May  in Side,Antalya 

 Antalya  is the fifth-most populous city in Turkey and the capital of its eponymous province. Located on Anatolia's southwest coast bordered by the Taurus Mountains, Antalya is the largest Turkish city on the Mediterranean coast with over one million people in its metropolitan area.

The city that is now Antalya was first settled around 200 BC by the Attalid dynasty of Pergamon, which was soon subdued by the Romans. Roman rule saw Antalya thrive, including the construction of several new monuments, such as Hadrian's Gate, and the proliferation of neighboring cities. The city has changed hands several times, including to the Seljuk Sultanate in 1207 and an expanding Ottoman Empire in 1391. Ottoman rule brought relative peace and stability for the next five hundred years. The city was transferred to Italian suzerainty in the aftermath of World War I, but was recaptured by a newly independent Turkey in the War of Independence.

 Antalya is Turkey's biggest international sea resort, located on the Turkish Riviera. Large-scale development and governmental funding has promoted tourism. A record 12.5 million tourists passed through the city in 2014.

CONDITIONS:

Conditions for participation:

·       Internatıonal “Antalya Dance Music Culture Festival” will be held between 04 -10 May 2026 in Manavgat  Antalya. Hotel check in time is 14.00 check-out time is 11.00.

o   Early check-in price is 15 Euro per person, includes food and bavarege service, not room

o   Late check-out price is 15 Euro per person, includes food and bavarege service, not room

·       There is no limit for the number of participants.

·       There is no limit for the age of participants.

·       Participants can use CD or live music.

·       Participants will show their performances at a place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision.

·       The groups should bring flags of their countries with them.

·       Festival commitee will take care for the concert venue in case of bad weather conditions.

·       Participants should prepare performances with duration maximum 10 minutes.

·       Concert will be held in an open area. Stage - 8*10 meter.

·       Festival committee will provide a guide to all groups. Festival language is English.

·       Excursions (historical and tourists sights) will be arranged for the participants in their free time. The groups can visit also aquapark and have an yacht trip tours. Yacht Tour price is 12 Euro for 1 person.

·       Every type of travel, health insurance and other insurances are in groups owns.

·       Airport transportations will be paid by the groups, yet festival committee can provide guidance for arrangements. Airport transfer fee is 40 Euro for 1 person (Round trip)  

·       Participants need to send 5 different pictures, 1 video (which includes their performances) after submitting the application.

Participation fee:

·       155 euro per person - 5 nights 6 days in triple room. 4 star hotel including alcohol drinks Double room price is 36 euro per day per person 

·       195 euro per person - 5 nights 6 days in triple room. 5 star hotel non alcoholic drinks. Double room price is 44 Euro per day per person.

·       210 euro per person - 5 nights 6 days in triple room all inclusive. 5 star

·       220 euro per person - 5 nights 6 days in triple room. 5 star hotel including alcohol drinks. Double room price is 49 Euro per day per person.

Single room price is 84 Euro per day.

Triple rooms have 1 french bed and 1 single bed. There are no quadruple rooms.

* On every 26 people - 1 person is free (25 paying + 1 free).

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.

Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.

INTERNATIONAL FOLKLORE MUSIC AND DANCE FESTIVAL  IN ANTALYA" WAS HELD

International Folklore Music and Dance Festival in Antalya" was held in the period of 03 till 07 of May in Side, Antalya (Turkey). The forum was attended by more than 400 participants from 12 ensembles, who showed the culture and traditions of Poland, Russia, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Cyprus.Organisers welcomed the groups and wished them successful presentation. 

All the guests were accommodated in 4* Hotel at all inclusive basis. Participants had the chance to enjoy the sea, the swimming pool, the special foam party and to visit the ancient town of Side.
