CARNIVAL IN HAMMAMET/TUNISIA – MARCH 2019 – FESTIVAL OF ULYSSE – ISLAND OF DJERBA – TUNISIA – JULY/AUGUST
We are inviting all kind of Carnival Groups – Sbandieratori/Flaggers Groups – Brass Bands with
Majorettes – Drums Bands – Pipes and Drums Bands - Folk Groups – Guggen Bands – Marching and
Show Bands – Military and Police Bands – Bersaglieri Bands –Other Performing groups and street
performers to our Colourful Carnival in Medina Yasmine Hammamet – Tunisia - to choose any 7
nights/8 days from 18 – 27 March 2019/any 7 nights/8 days from these – with the following
conditions – SEE VIDEO CLIP – CARNIVAL FLOATS – FROM YASMINE HAMMAMET CARNIVAL 2019
We are pleased to invite your group for our 2 MAJOR EVENTS WE ARE ORGANISING IN TUNISIA – IN 2019
1) COLOURFUL CARNIVAL – IN YASMINE HAMMAMET CITY – TUNISIA – MARCH 2019
In this Colourful Carnival there will be 1000 partecipants – including Various Foreign Groups – Local Groups – as well as Colourful/Mechanical Carnival Floats –In this Carnival your group can choose to come any one week as follows in period of 18 - 27 march
A.18 TO 25 MARCH 2019 or
B.19 TO 26 MARCH 2019 or
C. 20 TO 27 MARCH 2019 – DEPENDING THE FLIGHTS YOUR GROUP FIND TO TRAVEL TO TUNISIA
YASMINE HAMMAMET CITY IS VERY NICE TOURISTIC CITY – FINISHED BUILDING – ONLY 15 YEARS AGO - WITH LOTS OF DE LUXE HOTELS – RESTAURANTS – CASINOS – NIGHT-CLUBS/DISCOTHEQUES – DE LUXE APARTMENTS AND VILLAS – AND OTHER TOURISTIC PLACES – AND ABOVE ALL WHITE SANDY BEACHES WITH CRYSTAL BLUE SEA

Afternoon: Animation in the city of Nabeul from 16h
Afternoon: Animation in the city of Hammamet from 16h
Afternoon: Animation in the AV Habib Bourguiba in Tunis from 16h
On Saturday 24/3/2018:
Morning:
Cosplaying Show at Errahba by Geemick
Afternoon: 4 pm to 8 pm
Main Grande: parade from the medina to the Marina.
Concert in the medina from 20h
On Sunday 25/3/2018:
Afternoon: 4 pm to 8 pm
Small parade: parade from the medina to the Marina.
3 / The participating troops:
1. National army fanfares: 50 participants
2. Carthage Tunisia Carthage with his ballet: 50 participants
3. International troops 300 participants
4. Tabala Parade
5. Majorettes: 40 participants
6. Medina Group: 30 participants
7. Tunisia's Seaside Tourism and Ballet Car: 50 participants
8. Cosplayer Geemick: 150 participants
9. Sufi troop: 50 participants
10. Nabeul Themed Youth: 50 participants
11. Star Wars cosplayer: 10 participants
12. The King Kong Char (leisure tourism) and its ballet: 50 participants
13. Hammamet bike club: 30 participants
14. Parade of kindergartens. 100 children
NB: Total estimated number of participants is 1000 participants
CONDITIONS:
1) Each group must consist of from 20 to 40 performers – with very colourful shows and very
colourful costumes
2) Can Choose any 7 nights/8days from 18 – 27 March 2019
3) Each person coming must pay air-ticket/trip to Tunisia – Plus 100 Euros for each person as
partecipation fee
4) We will offer and pay – nice 3 or 4 star hotel in Yasmine Hammamet on full-board(3
meals/including drinks every day) by the sea – plus all transfers. There will be a lot of free
time for the groups for swimming or tours or shopping(including leather goods – ceramic
items – carpets – tunisian handicrafts/souvenirs)
5) Each group will perform in street parades for carnival as well in Medina Yasmine –
6) Each Group Leader will also be presented by a diploma and souvenir to commemorate this
partecipation
7) Each group can bring also parents/members of the families/friends/relatives with them – by
these for the same period will pay 190Euros for the same services
8) Any Guided tours must be paid by the Groups
9) We need confirmation by Saturday 29 December 2018 - sending us attached application form
fully filled – some photos of the group – video clips and profile of group – We hope to see your
group in this colourful carnival
