This  International Children Folk Festival is a important events  with a great expected spectators and support from ministries and diplomatic concern, this events is to promote nations cultural heritage and tourism, all type of dance and performance are welcome, group will have the opportunity to present their heritage and sell their traditional craft e.t.c  , Events is open to all dance groups Children and Adult groups.

we expect   all groups to come with their countries flag and traditional wear which present their cultural symbol of their countries ,

in the last day of performance, events is all day programs where groups can cook and present their traditional cooking for each other and  public to taste  as a symbol of love and unity,

And later performance start from 16:30 till 22:00pm  and there will also be exchange of gift with the city major, organizer and group also as a certificate of diploma will be issue to group leaders e.t.c.

Groups have to responsible for their expenses  during the event period including accommodation

FESTIVAL PROGRAMS

2018  Sept 20   arriving at any time to the accommodation and possible dinner depend on group arriving upon request before arriving  ,  Possible Welcome party for all invited group in the Hotel

2018 Sept 21  free day for invited group to know more about the host country, after breakfast group will be taking part for the city tourist programs and thermal bath

2018 Sept 22  ,   open air programs start from 16:00-20:00 pm  in combination  with Hungarian stars, traditional groups along with exhibitions of craft and other traditional items  e.t.c

2018 Sept 23      6.00- 10:00am after breakfast , 12 Noon -14 :00  meeting with the organizing committee and the group leader for discussion about programs and technical needed  ,

17: 00 departing to Cultural center , 18:30  testing period for group e.t.c 

 19.00-21:00pm. Opening ceremony start in the cultural center withIntroduction of Guest and  speech by the city Major, special guest of Honor and Cultural representative and introduction of   group leaders with national Athens   for 5 mins each,     full performance start by each groups 10-30mins  and there will also be exchange of gift with the city major, organizer and group also as a certificate of diploma will be issue to group leaders e.t.c. as performance go on.
