With pleasure we INVITE you to participate on XIII Prague ART Festival" 12 - 15 July ,Prague 2024
Hundred-spired Prague, Prague – the mother of cities, magical Prague. These are just three titles which the capital of the Czech Republic proudly wears. Since the very beginnings of the Czech state, it has been its natural, political, business and cultural center. This historic yet modern city is more than 1,000 years old. It has an extraordinary charm about it which can be sensed in every season. Its status as a UNESCO World Heritage site speaks for its worth. In the last couple of years more than 200 groups and 7000 performers magnified the festivals with their presence and performances from all around the world.
Participants:
Folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs (open-air concert), brass bands, music bands from all over the world
The number of the participants are not limited
No age limits
At every 25 participants 1 is gratis (24+1 free of charge)
Participation fee:
136 Euro per person in triple, quadruple rooms in Hotel Olympik Congress ****

15 GROUPS FROM 7 COUNTRIES TOOK PART IN THE IX ART FESTIVAL IN PRAGUE
According to the information from the main organizer , 15 groups participated at the IX Art Festival in Prague from Latvia, Bulgaria, Hungary, USA, Romania, Cyprus, Turkey in the period July 20 – 23, .
“On the first day of the festival, the groups performed at the famous Ovocný trh, in the centre of Prague, in front of thousands of people. The weather was as warm as the audience's welcome. During the days the groups had the opportunity to enjoy the sights of Prague, Old Town Square, Old Town Hall Tower, Astronomic Clock, St. Nicholas Church, Charles Bridge, or taking an enjoyable boat trip on river Vlatva. The festival's second day was at a theatre, where all groups could watch each other and enjoy the art, culture and heritage of each nation's culture.”At the end of the festival, the organizers thanked for the groups their presence and performances at the festival with some gifts and diploma.The organizers will definitely continue this art festival at the next year, informed main organizer.

20 GROUPS FROM 9 COUNTRIES CREATED A CELEBRATION OF ART IN PRAGUE
20 folk dance groups, cheerleaders, bands and choirs from Slovenia, Hungary, Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, Latvia, Poland and Israel gathered at the VIII Festival of art (21-24 July) in the capital of the Czech Republic to show their native art and represent their country to the local audience and each other.The concerts were held on two main scenes in Prague - in front of one of the most famous Prague theaters "Laterna Magica" and "Rudolfinum" - concert and exhibition hall in the center of Prague on the square, bearing the name of Jan Palach.In the spare time, some of the participants made a nice boat trip on the Vltava River and enjoyed a tour among the sights of Prague, led by professional guides, translated into their own language.The ninth edition of the festival will be held in September, as the organizers, represented by the Director,expect the same success again and wonderful memories for the new participants.
