With pleasure we INVITE you (folk groups, choral groups, orchestras, majorette teams, ballroom dance teams, modern dance groups) (children, youth and adult groups) to participate in the XXVI International Music & Dance Festival “JADRANSKO MORE” from 2–6 September 2025, in Budva and Suto More, Montenegro.

The festival’s light motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to come together, establish friendships, and share their culture through dance and music.

 Participation Information

The festival is a non-competitive showcase of traditional and modern dances, choral groups, brass bands, orchestras and majorette teams. Participants should be children and youth, but accompanying guests are not limited. Every folklore, choral group, brass band, orchestra, majorette team and modern dance group has the right to participate.

Children’s ensembles must have at least two-thirds of participants aged 16 or younger, youth ensembles must have two-thirds of participants aged 25 or younger, and adult ensembles can include up to one-third of participants older than 25. Groups can include folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, instrumental groups, soloists, and performers from other art styles.

The number of participants is limited to only 3 groups from each country. Each group should consist of 20 to 60 members including dancers, managers and musicians. Ensembles should prepare at least 2 dances, total program of 12–15 minutes, performed with orchestra or USB. Performances will be in the evening, so groups can use the day for sightseeing and visiting the historical parts of the city.

Groups must send a short CV (5–6 sentences in English) and 3 photos of the group, and bring a flag of their country. Each ensemble must arrange its own transport for arrival and departure.

 


 Accommodation Information

119 EUR per person for 3 nights (half board with 2 meals per day)
155 EUR per person for 4 nights (half board with 2 meals per day)
189 EUR per person for 5 nights (half board with 2 meals per day)

Additional double room costs 10 EUR per person per night.
Additional single room costs 20 EUR per person per night.

Tourist tax is 1.50 EUR per person per day.

On your request, you can extend your stay after the festival at a special price of 35 EUR per person per day (half board). This price is specially arranged for festival participants.

Group leaders and drivers will stay in double rooms, and other participants will stay in triple or quadruple rooms, each with a private bathroom.

The hotels are situated in the city center, so no transportation is needed to attend festival events.

For every 24 paying participants, one participant stays free of charge. Groups will receive souvenirs and gifts, a welcome cocktail, and certificates of attendance.

Bus parking is paid additionally.

Day 3
08:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
10:00–18:00 – Beach time or optional visit to Dubrovnik by bus.
18:00–19:30 – Dinner in hotel.
21:00–23:00 – Free time.

Day 4
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
11:00–16:00 – Beach time and free activities.
19:00–20:00 – Dinner in hotel.
21:00 – Festival evening.

Day 5
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
