INVITATION

 With pleasure We invite you ( Folklore ensembles, Choral Groups, Majorette Teams, Orchestras, Modern Dance groups), ( adults, youth, children)  to participate on our festival in Barcelona - LLoret de Mar, Spain from 24 - 29  June  2024. 

Program of the festival:

Day 1

 In morning hours arrival to the most famous tourist centre in Costa Brava-Lioret de Mar, which is 65 kilometres from Barcelona. Hotel accommodation. Lunch. Info-meeting group representer. Afternoon relaxing. Sightseeing of town, walks, and going to a performing place, town square... Facultative going out to a discoteque. Dinner. Overnight stay.

 Day 2 Breakfast.After brekfast possible visit of Aquapark or leaving to th ebeach..swiming,water sports..lunch...Afternoon is planed for preparations for defile and performing ..Dinner.Facultative going out to some of discciteques or going out to a famoues Flamenco clun.Overnight 

Det 3

Breakfast. After breakfast possible going to tour Barcelona. Lunch (lunch packet) for those who go to Barcelona. After arriving to Barcelona follows sightseeing of Gaudi’s Barcelona, church commited to Sagrada Familia), Guel Park and well-known house of Batila and Milo. After tour of Gaudi’s works follows a walk along the main street of Barcelona, Ramblom, and than Gothic square and tour of  Barcelon cathedral, Parliament, Picaso’s museum…After that free time for walks, sightseeing of Barcelona. Leaving to Lloret de Mar. Preparing for Festival: Defile through the city of all societies and leaving to main town square where the performance is predicted. (in case of bad weather performance is going to be in a confined space). Opening ”XI Festival Espana 2024” and performance of cultural-art societies!!! After the performance possible facultative leaving of whole societies to Diskoteque  or Flamenco club. Dinner. Overnight stay.

 Day 4 

Breakfast. After breakfast possible visit of Barcelona or Port Aventura - Spanish Disnilend ..or free time on the beach..Lunch .. Dinner. Possible facultative leaving of whole societies to Diskoteque or Flamenco club. Overnight stay.

 Day 5

Breakfast. After breakfast, facultative possible going to Barcelona and second tour of town: visit to the museum and the most famous and  the most beatufil stadion with possibility of buying souvenirs with inicials of FC Barcelona…After tour of Nou camp, leaving toa Monjuik hill and visiting of Olymphic comlex (royal stadion, Calatravin tower, National library)…possible tour to famous aquarium of Barcelona… Free time for sightseeing…Return to Lioret de Mar. Lunch. (Lunch packet for those who go to Barcelona). Dinner. Perfomance preparation. Second night of Festival Espana 2024!!! Perform of cultural-art societies!!! Facultative going out to Discoteque or Flamenco show. Overnight stay.

Day 6

Breakfast. After breakfast, unfortunately, leaving of Lioret de Mar and going to France with occasional breaks…At arriving to Kan follows the tour and sightseeing of movie palace, golden stairs, fortress…After Kan sightseeing of Nice: English promenade, Nike monument, Opera, Shato, monument for the dead, Garibaldi’s house…

Participation fee:

- 225 Euro per person for 5 FB ( 5 nights with 3 meals per day open buffet) (paying goes in several month payments till departure time)

Participation fee includes:

Six days, 5 nights in Loret de Mar three star hotels, like Gran Garbi****, Garbi Mar***, Montevista***, Xaine Park***, Garbi Park*** , Vila Garbi ***,  Casino hotel***,  Samba ***, Hotel Evenia Olympic Resort ****  … (breakfast, lunch and dinner – BUFFET SERVICE in 1/3 and 1/4 rooms), supplement for 1/2 rooms is 7 Euro per person per night

 - Performance on “Festival Espana ” (1-3 performances) which will be performed in Lioret de Mar, Defile of all societies on town square, representing of societies…

- Degrees and Silver plaqas after performance

- Inviting letter

- on 24 one is free (24+1)

Participation fee does not include:

- Tourist tax at Hotels in Lloret de Mar from 0.50 Euro to 1. Euro per person per day in 4* hotel

- we can arange overnight staying in way to Lloret de Mar (in hotels near Venice, Vicenza... – depends on hotel: from 35 – 45 Euro for night with breacfast) and in way back from Lloret de Mar in same hotels 

Additional day cost from 45 Euro a person in hotel Lioret de Mar (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in 1/3 and 1/4 rooms , 

Facultative tours (Barcelona - 25 Euro, Flamenco show 25 Euro, Camp Nou 25 Euro, Aquarium Barcelona 25 Euro, Water world 25 Euro…) – prices depends on the number of persons in group and ticket prices in moment of excursions

insurance     

All excursions shall be booked up to 14 days before the start of the festival.Organizing Committee can not guarantee the realization of Excursions, ordered after the time-limit or during the festival

Note: all ensembles must provide their own music, leading orchestar or music USB Each ensemble is obligated to set two performances in duartion of 10 minutes.

 FOLKLORE FROM EURASIA AND SOUTH AMERICA ON STAGE IN SPAIN

 About 100 participants from China, Argentina and Russia presented their folklore in the 10th edition of the International Folklore Festival in Lloret de Mar (Spain) in the period June 17-22.

"After the really great IX International Folklore Festival in Lloret de Mar in June 2018 and over 1000 participants, we made another edition of the festival in July. Unfortunately, many groups did not get visas, so we finally had 3 groups from China, Argentina and Russia" the main organizers, in the face of the festival's director said.The Lloret de Mar Folklore Festival gives a stage for the performance of folklore, singing and cheerleading groups, choirs and orchestras from around the world. Participation in it also allows the guests to visit many tourist and cultural attractions in the region.
