INVITATION
With pleasure we INVITE you (folk groups, choral groups, orchestras, majorette teams, ballroom dance teams, modern dance groups) (children, youth and adult groups) to participate in the XX International Music & Dance Festival “PEARL OF THE SEA” from 29 August to 2 September 2025, in Budva, Tivat, and Kotor, Montenegro. The festival aims to showcase the rich cultural traditions of various countries while providing an opportunity for participants to connect, build friendships, and share their culture through dance and music.

Participation Information
The festival offers non-competitive participation for traditional and modern dance groups, choral groups, majorette teams, orchestras, and brass bands. Groups can be composed of children, youth, and adults. Participation is limited to 3 groups from each country, with each group consisting of a maximum of 70 members including dancers, managers, and musicians.
Each group should prepare at least 2 dances, each lasting between 10 and 15 minutes, performed with either USB or orchestra accompaniment. Performances will take place during the evening hours, allowing groups to visit historical sites and explore the region during the day.
Groups must submit a short CV and 2–3 photos of their ensemble and bring a flag representing their country. Transport for arrival and departure is the responsibility of each group. Note that the Montenegro tourist tax is an additional €1.50 per person per day.

Festival packages (Half Board – HB):
€129 per person for 3 nights (half board with 2 meals per day)
€159 per person for 4 nights (half board with 2 meals per day)
€194 per person for 5 nights (half board with 2 meals per day)
Additional double room costs €10 per person per night. Additional single room costs €20 per person per night. Tourist tax is €1.50 per person per day.
On your request, you can extend your stay after the festival at a special price of €40 per person per day (half board). This price is specially arranged for festival participants.

Group leaders and drivers will stay in double rooms, while other participants will be accommodated in triple or quadruple rooms, each with private toilet and bathroom. The hotels are located in the city center, so no transportation is needed for attending festival events.
For every 24 paying participants, one participant stays free of charge. Groups will receive souvenirs, gifts, a welcome cocktail, and certificates of attendance.
Additional Information
The festival provides transport for groups arriving by plane at Tivat Airport during festival days. All medical services and health insurance are the responsibility of the groups. After the festival, organizers will share a link with photos from the event. All copyrights of videos and pictures belong to the Festival Organization.

10:00 – 18:00 – Visits to Kotor, Herceg Novi, or Dubrovnik; optional Aqua Park visit.
18:00 – 20:00 – Dinner at the hotel.
20:30 – 22:30 – Free time.

10:00 – 18:00 – Beach time or boat trip to Boka Kotorska Bay.
