 With pleasure we INVITE you (folk groups, Choral groups and orchestras majorette teams), (children, youth and adults groups) to participate on  International  Music & Folk - Dance festival “BUDAPEST FEST ”  25- 28 May ,Budapest,Hungary 

   Festival is in cooperation with the local ensemble, local association, municipality of the city of Budapest and the touristic organization organize the International festival in Budapest. All folklore groups are free to apply for the festival without the age limit or the imit of the participants.

Festival Program

1 Day 25.05.

14:00 Arrival to Budapest. Accommodation in the selected accommodation unit.

19:00 Dinner

Free time for the individual activities.

Overnight.

2 Day 26.05.

07:30 Breakfast

10:00 Briefing with the organizers, other participating ensembles, local ensembles, and the local authorities.

12:00 Optional Sightseeing Tour of Budapest.

17:00 Dinner

18:30 Gathering of the groups. Defile.

19:30 Opening ceremony of the the festival.

Performances of the groups

(The detailed program of the festival and the order of appearances will be submitted to the groups on their arrival)

Closing ceremony of the festival, plaque and diploma award, exchange of the presents between the groups and the organizers. End of the festival.

22:30 Optional going in the disco club/

Restaurant with the live music

3 Day 27.05.

07:30 Breakfast

11:00 Optional excursion of Budapest, cruise on the Danube river, city sightseeing.

19:00 Dinner

22:30 Goodbye Party dinner in the restaurant with the live music (Optional)

4 Day 28.05.

07:30 Breakfast

12:00 Departure of the groups. End of service

Participation fee:

- 119 euro 3 HB ( 3 nights with2meals per day) in  3 star hotel

Price includes:

Accommodation in the hotel in base HB / breakfast and dinner /

Participation on the festival

Plaques, Souvenirs, diploma, photo, DVD.

Companion during the festival

Price does not include:

Optional excursions, night outs, parties, sightseeing, bus parking fee (where required), foreigner city tax (where required, for the participants above 14. Y.o. excluded the group leaders and drivers)
