    With pleasure we INVITE you (folk groups, Choral groups,orchestras majorette teams,), (children, youth and adults groups) to participate on XII International  Music & Dance festival “ROME FESTIVAL DAYS ”   12 -15 Auust, Rome,Italy 2022

Festival is in cooperation with the local ensemble, local association,municipality of the city of Rome and the touristic organization organize the International festival in Rome. All folklore groups are free to apply for the festival without the age limit or the limit of the participants

 Festival Program

 1 Day 

14:00 Arrival to Rome. Accommodation in the selected accommodation unit.

19:00 Dinner 

Free time for the individual activities.

 2 Day 

07:30 Breakfast

10:00 Briefing with the organizers, other participating ensembles, local ensembles, and the local authorities.

17:30 Dinner

19:00 Gathering of the groups. Defile.

19:30 Opening ceremony of the festival. Performances of the groups

 (The detailed program of the festival and the order of appearances will be submitted to the groups on their arrival)

Closing ceremony of the festival, plaque and diploma award, exchange of the presents between the groups and the organizers. End of the festival.

3 Day 

07:30 Breakfast

09:30 Optional city sightseeing tour, La piazza di Spagna, Via Cavour, Italian Parliament, visit of Colosseo, Fontana di Trevi, Fontana di Quattro cavalli, Piramide, Foro Romano.. Optional Vatican city tour, St.Peter`s Basilica, the Sistine chapel and the Vatican museums.

19:00 Dinner

21:00 Party in the typical Italian restaurant with the live music (Optional)

 4 Day 

07:30 Breakfast

12:00 Departure of the groups. End of service

Price per participant: 109€  in  Hotel 3***

Price includes:

Accommodation in the hotel in base HB / breakfast and dinner /

Participation on the festival

Plaques, Souvenirs, diploma, photo, DVD.

Companion during the festivaL

 Price does not include:

Optional excursions, night outs, parties, sightseeing, bus parking fee (where required), foreigner city tax (where required, for the participants above 14. Y.o. excluded the group leaders and drivers)

Insurance for passengers. Other individual costs of the participants.
