All folklore groups are free to apply for the festival without the age limit or the limit of the participants.

1 Day 04.08

• 14:00 Arrival to Rimini. Accommodation in the selected accommodation unit.
• 19:00 Dinner
• 20:30 Free time for the individual activities. Interacting with organizers.
• Overnight.

2 Day 05.08

• 07:30 Breakfast
• 10:00 Briefing with the organizers, other participating ensembles, local ensembles, and the local authorities.
• 12:00 Free time on the beach.
• 17:00 Dinner
• 18:30 Gathering of the groups. Defile.
• 19:00 Opening ceremony of the the festival. Performances of the groups
• (The detailed program of the festival and the order of appearances will be submitted to the groups on their arrival)
• 23:00 Optional going in the disco club

3 Day 06.08

• 07:30 Breakfast
• 10:00 Optional city sightseeing of Rimini, time for individual activities, socializing…
• 17:00 Dinner
• 19:00 Performances of the groups.
• Closing ceremony of the festival, plaque and diploma award, exchange of the presents between the groups and the organizers. End of the festival.
• 23:00 Optional night out in the club.
• Overnight.

4 Day 07.08

• 07:30 Breakfast
• 10:00 Optional visit of San Marino, Ravenna (Mirabilandia amusement park, delphinarium, etc..)
• 19:00 Dinner
• Free time for the individual activities.
• Overnight.

5 Day 08.08

• 07:30 Breakfast
• 10:00 Optional historical sites sightseeing. Free time on the beach, socializing with other groups and organizers, individual activities.
• 17:00 Dinner
• 21:00 Good bye party on the beach or in a restaurant with live music (Optional)

6 Day 09.08

• 07:30 Breakfast
• 12:00 Departure of the groups. End of service
