Groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING :

1.- Please, send minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances.

2.- The Groups will stay at hotel . The number of participants are not limited. (http://bubyo.balikesir.edu.tr/uygulama_tesisi/hizmetler.php)

3.- Dancers and accompanying people’s age are not limited.

4.- The groups are requested to arrive in Burhaniye-ören on 27 August 2015 - 12:00 and depart on 01 September 2015 - 12:00, after breakfast.

5.- Gifts provide for each person is an attendance certificate.

6.- Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.

7.- We are accepting all type of groups ( Folk Dance, Latin Dance, Choir, Modern Dance .... etc.) recorded music also acceptable.

8.- Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee.

9.- The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances.

10.- The festival fee is 135 euro per person. It covers organizational expenses, accommodation in a Hotel for 5 nights with 3 meals per day ( Open buffet breakfast, Lunch and dinner. Free non alchol drink ).

On every 25 participants one member is free of charge.
