CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING :

1.-Please, send  minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances. 

 2.- The Groups will stay at hotel (http://www.turbantatilkoyu.com/). 

The number of participants are not limited.

3.- Dancers (except accompanying people) must be between 8-45 years old.

4.- The groups are requested to arrive in Akçay on 18 May 2016 - 12:00 and depart
on 23 May 2016 - 12:00, after breakfast.

5.- Gifts provide for each person is an attendance certificate.

6.- Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.

7.- We will prefer for dance groups with live music but recorded music also
acceptable.

8.- Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee. 100 Lt.
Diesel will given for these activities to each bus. (If groups came by bus)

9.- The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare
minimum 2 different performances.

10.- The festival fee is 125 euro per person.
 It covers organizational expenses,
accommodation in a Hotel for 5 nights with 2 meals per day. ( Open buffet breakfast,
and dinner. Half Board Free non alchol drink). 

On every 25 participants one member is free of charge.
