  With pleasure we INVITE you (folk groups, Choral groups, orchestras majorette teams), (children, youth and adults groups) to participate on  International  Music & Folk - Dance festival in PARIS  ”  26- 29 June ,PARIS,FRANCE 

Fetsival is in  cooperation with the local ensemble, local association, municipality of the city of Paris and the touristic organization organize the International festival in Paris. All folklore groups are free to apply for the festival without the age limit or the limit of the participants.

Festival Program

1 Day 26.06.

14:00 Arrival to Paris.Accommodation in the selected accommodation unit.

Free time for the individual activities.

Overnight.

2 Day 27.06.

07:30 Breakfast

09:00 Briefing with the organizers and other participating ensembles.

10:00 Optional Sightseeing Tour of Paris.

19:00 Gathering of the groups. Defile.

19:30 Opening ceremony of the the festival.

Performances of the groups

(The detailed program of the festival and the order of appearances will be submitted to the groups on their arrival)

Closing ceremony of the festival, plaque and diploma award, exchange of the presents between the groups and the organizers. End the festival.

3 Day 28.06.

07:30 Breakfast

10:00 Optional visiting of the Eifel tower, the museum of Louvre, Pyramide, Arc of Triumph..

21:00 Goodbye Party dinner in the restaurant with the live music (Optional)

4 Day 29.06.

07:30 Breakfast

12:00 Departure of the groups. End of service

Participation fee:

- 159 euro 3 nights with breakfast  in 3* hotel

Price includes:

Accommodation in hotel in base BB / breakfast - open buffet /

Participation of the festival

Plaque, Souvenirs, diploma, photo, 

Price does not include:

Optional excursions, night outs, parties, sightseeing, bus parking fee (where required), foreigner city tax (where required, for the participants above 14. Y.o. excluded the group leaders and drivers)

Insurance for passengers. Other individual costs of the participants.

Supplement for the double room 9€ per day/per person Supplement for the single room 25 € Per day/Per person, tourist tax is additional of 3 euro per person per day
