  With pleasure we INVITE you (folk groups, Choral groups and orchestras majorette teams), (children, youth and adults groups) to participate on  International  Music & Folk - Dance festival “PRAGUE FEST  ”  10 - 13 July , Prague,Czech Republic 2023

All musicand dance  groups are free to apply for the festival without the age limit or the limit of the participants.

Festival Program

1 Day 10.07

14:00Arrival in Prague. Accommodation in the selected accommodation unit.

19:00Dinner

Free time for the individual activities. 

2 Day 11.07

07:30 Breakfast

09:00 Briefing with the organizers and other participating ensembles.

Free time for the individual activities

17:30Dinner

18:30Gathering of the groups. Defile.

19:00Opening ceremony of the the festival. Performances of the groups

(The detailed program of the festival and the order of appearances will be submitted to the groups on their arrival)

Closing ceremony of the festival, plaque and diploma award, exchange of the presents between the groups and the organizers. End of the festival. 

3 Day 12.07.

07:30 Breakfast

10:00 Optional excursion to Karlstejn castle and Karlovy Vary,

Prague city sightseeing.

19:0 0Dinner

21:00 GoodbyeParty dinner on the ship / restaurant on the Vltava river with the live music (Optional)

4 Day 13.07.

07:30 Breakfast

12:00 Departure of the groups.

End of service

Participation Fee:

- 109 euro for 3HB (3 nights with 3 meals per day in 3* hotel)

- 119 euro for 3 HB ( 3 nights with 3 meals per day) in 4* hotel

Price include:

Accommodation in the hotel in base HB / breakfast and dinner /

Participation on the festival

Plaques, Souvenirs, diploma, photo, DVD.

Companion during the festival

Price does not include:

Optional excursions, night outs, parties, sightseeing, bus parking fee (where required), foreigner city tax (where required, for the participants above 14. Y.o. excluded the group leaders and drivers)

Insurance for passengers. Other individual costs of the participants.
