We invite you to take a part on the  International Folk Festival “PIRIN” that will take place in Bansko, Bulgaria from 01.07.2015 to 05.07.2015 or optionally from 02.07.2015 to 05.07.2015 depending the Group choice.The festival will be held in Bansko,Bulgaria. 

Program:

1 st Day

12.00 – 14.00 Arrival of the groups in Bansko and accommodation in the hotel

14.00 – 19.00 Free afternoon

20.00 – 21.00 Dinner

21.00 – 22.00 Meeting with the leaders of the groups

2 nd Day

09.00 – 09.30 Breakfast

10.00 – 18.00 Free afternoon

18.30 – 19.00 Parade through Bansko with costumes

19.00 – 21.00 Concert in Bansko (performance 10-15 min per group)

21.00 – 22.00 Dinner

3 rd Day

09.00 – 09.30 Breakfast

10.00 – 14.00 Excursion to Blagoevgrad or Rilski Manastir (optional with group buses)

20.00 – 21.00 Dinner

21.30 – 23.00 Gala Dinner with the leaders of the groups and giving of the Diplomas (2 person per group)

4 th Day

08.30 – 09.00 Breakfast 10.00 Departure from Bansko   

  The festival will take place in Bansko, famous spa and ski center on the Pirin Mountain in Bulgaria.

2.      The number of members has to be up to 50 person (all ages are allowed). For more members please ask the Organization.

3.      The groups will be accommodated in hotel Maria-Antoaneta located in the center of Bansko or some other nearby hotel depending of the number of participants.

4.      The price for 3 days with half board included (breakfast and dinner) is 60 EUR/per participants. The spa services are free of charge for all guests of the hotel. For every 20 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member.

5.      All applications should be confirmed with application fee of 10 EUR per participants required for a booking of the hotel. This fee is part of the accommodation costs and must be made payable in full to the organizer account. The account number will be provided additionally after registration of the participants. Any banking costs that arise must be paid by the applicant. If a group cancels its appearance of its own accord, it will have no right to a refund.

6.      The groups have to prepare the performing program of 10-15 min per performance. The play-back (CD or USB) is allowed. The final Program of the festival will be send additionally.

7.      The groups have to arrive in Bansko on 14 May starting with dinner and have to depart on 17 May after the breakfast.
