With pleasure we INVITE (Children - Youth - Adult - Veteran) to participate in the Thailand International Music & Dance  Festival THAILAND FEST from 06 - 12 Novembar 2026 in Bankok,Thailand.

The is the vibrant capital of Thailand and one of the most dynamic cities in Southeast Asia. Often called the “City of Angels”, it is a place where ancient traditions and modern city life exist side by side. The city is located along the Chao Phraya River and is known for its impressive skyline, golden temples, royal palaces, and lively street life that continues both day and night.Bangkok offers an incredible cultural experience for visitors. Landmarks such as the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew, and Wat Arun showcase Thailand’s rich history and spiritual heritage, while its bustling markets, modern shopping malls, and famous street food scenes reflect its energetic urban lifestyle. The city is also a major international hub for arts, tourism, and entertainment, making it a perfect destination for cultural festivals and global events.

Terms & Conditions:

Dance Styles: Festival is open to all dance and music groups of any style: Folk Dances, Choirs, Majorette, Orchestra, Brass Bands, Theatres, Classical, Contemporary, Latin, Ball room, Social, Oriental, Fusion Dances etc.,

Age Category: 15 to 70+ years.

Group Members: 4+ to 40+ unlimited.

Music: Participants are allowed to perform on live or recorded music.

Travel: Flight Tickets round trip and the Travel Health insurance should be at the Group’s Expense.

Accommodation in hotels (please see the below program)

Performance: The Groups should perform 3 different dance items with 10/ 15 minutes slots each 1 time a day at provided venues.

                                                                  PROGRAM PROPOSAL

Day 1

TIFF Bus pick up artists at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Breakfast.

10:00 am. Travel to the seminar and demonstration on comparative religion at Hope Church, Samut Prakan, and receive certificates.

-Lunch.

Check in to Bay Hotel (4*).

Evening: Cruise on the Chao Phraya River (pay yourself : 25 EUR per person).

Return to Bay Hotel.

Day 2

Breakfast and travel to:

-Grand Palace (pay yourself : entrance fee 6 EUR per person)

-Wat Arun Ratchawararam (pay yourself : entrance fee 6 EUR per person)

-Shopping at Chatuchak Market and

-Lunch.

-Evening: Travel to Yaowarat Road for street food and view a Thai food exhibition.

Relaxing stay at Bay Hotel Bangkok. 

Day 3

Breakfast at the hotel and check out.

8:00 am Travel to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Ratchaburi Province for a boat trip and

-Lunch.

1:00 pm Academic seminar at Kubua Museum and visit Kubua Ancient City (wear  traditional costumes for photos) and receive certificates.

3:00 pm Travel to Cha-am Beach, Phetchaburi Province.

Dinner by the beach.

Check in to 4 beachfront guesthouses. 

Day 4

Breakfast and check out.

8:00 am Travel to Hua Hin District and enjoy Hua Hin beach( Prachuapkirikan province)

9:30 am Sing a choir and present a peace speech, recorded and broadcast via satellite at Wat Busayabannaphot, and receive certificates.

-Lunch.

1:00 pm Travel to Saraburi.

Dinner in Ayutthaya.

7:00 PM Check in at Good Residence Hotel.

Day 5

Breakfast and check out.

7:30 AM Travel to Buriram.

11:00 AM Visit Sihanakorn Archaeological Site (comparable in grandeur to Angkor Wat, Cambodia).

Lunch.

1:00 PM Travel to Surin Elephant Village.

Bath the elephants and

visit the elephant cemetery.

4:00 PM Dinner and receive certificate.

5:00 PM Check in at Chalermluk Surin Hotel.

Day 6

Breakfast and check out.

7:30 AM Dress in Bulgarian traditional clothing and participate in meditation, join the parade

with the villagers and sing in harmony with Thai artists.

12:00 PM Lunch.

1:00 PM Travel to Korat.

4:00 PM Shopping at Terminal 21 Dinner.

6:00 pm Check in to Hermitage Hotel (4*)

Day 7

Breakfast at the hotel

8:00 am Visit Wat Luang Pu To in Sikhiu District and have lunch

1:00 pm Travel to Bangkok

4:00 pm Drop off the artist guests at Suvarnabhumi Airport

Participation fee:

* 155  Euro per person

Participation fee includes:

 Hotel Accommodation

Full Board: 3 Times Meals

6 days/5 nights’ Accommodation in hotels in multibed rooms

Arrival on 06 by 12:00 and (Lunch will be the first meal)

Departure on 12 Nov 10:00 - 12:00 (after breakfast)

* On every 26 people - 1 person is free (25 paying + 1 free).

Insurance:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.

On your request,  You can continue your stay in Antalya. Price will be 40 Euro per day per person FB (all inclusive) – price is special for the participants in festivals that we can provide.

 The city tax is 1.5 euro per person per day additional

After Groups arrived in Hotel will be given detailed program of the festival and each group will have guide during festival.

After the festival finish organizers will send you LINK from the festival program for each group and photos.The copy right of all video materials and pictures are ownership of the Organization of the Festival.

   The festival will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from Antalya Airport . The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed according to their number.

By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions. All detailed information  will be supply after your confirmation for participations.

On 2025 were participated over 400 participants and 11 ensembles from 7 EU countries..

THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MUSIC & DANCE FESTIVAL DAYS IN BANGKOK

From 30 October to 05 November 2026, the vibrant capital city of Bangkok will host the Thailand International Music & Dance Festival, bringing together international folk dance and music groups from around the world.The festival will welcome participants from various countries, creating a multicultural atmosphere filled with friendship, cultural exchange, and artistic performances.

During the festival, a grand opening reception will be organized for group leaders, where the festival director will officially welcome all participating ensembles and present the detailed programme of activities.

A highlight of the festival will be the parade and live performances, where all groups will present their artistic programmes on designated stages in Bangkok. The event will also include a closing ceremony, where certificates and festival awards will be presented to all participating groups.Throughout the festival, participants will have the opportunity to explore the beauty of Thailand through organized sightseeing tours, including visits to famous temples, cultural landmarks, traditional markets, and river cruises along the Chao Phraya River.In addition to performances, the programme includes cultural exchange activities, group meetings, and opportunities to experience Thai traditions, cuisine, and hospitality.The festival aims to bring together cultures from around the world in one of Asia’s most exciting destinations, combining music, dance, friendship, and tourism into an unforgettable international experience.
