We warmly invite folk groups, choral groups, orchestras, majorette teams, ballroom dance teams, and modern dance troupes, consisting of children, youth, and adult performers, to participate in the XII International Music & Dance festival MONTENEGRO MUSIC FESTIVAL – ST. STEFAN
Festival Theme:
The festival’s light motif is to showcase the cultural traditions of various countries and to foster friendships among participants through dance and music.
General Rules:
Non-competitive showcase of traditional and modern dances, choral groups, majorette teams, orchestras, and brass bands.
Every folklore, choral, modern dance, and majorette team has the right to participate.
The number of participants is limited (only 3 groups from each country).
Each group should consist of a maximum of 80 members, including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members.
Ensembles must prepare at least 2 dances, each 10-15 minutes long, with a USB or orchestra accompaniment.
Participants should bring their national flag.
Groups must have their own transportation for arrival and departure.
A short CV and 3 photos of the group must be submitted.
Accommodation Information
Accommodation Cost:
€112 per person (3 nights / 4 days, 2 meals per day)
€150 per person (4 nights / 5 days, 2 meals per day)
€185 per person (5 nights / 6 days, 2 meals per day)
Additional double room is +10 Euro per person for 1 night
On your request, You can continue your stay in Budva for Price of 35 Euro per day per person

Festival Organizers Provide:
For 30 dancers – one gratis (30 paying + 1 free of charge)
Souvenir and gift for each group
Certificates of attendance
Refreshments during performances
Festival promotion (press releases, social media promotion, posters, flyers)
Insurance: Personal responsibility and health insurance are required. Medical services must be covered by the group, with First Aid and hospital access available.
Transportation: for groups who are coming by plane, we can arrange transport from (Tivat or Podgorica airport) to Budva. (Paid additionaly)

Day 1:
13:00 – Arrival in Budva, hotel accommodation, and free time for swimming and sunbathing.
19:00 – Dinner in hotel.
21:00 – Free time.
Day 2:
08:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast.
10:00 – 14:00 – Budva sightseeing with local guide and boat cruise to St. Stefan
17:30 – 19:00 – Dinner in hotel.
21:00 – Welcome reception with group leaders.
Day 3:
08:00 – 09:00 – Breakfast.
09:00 – 18:00 – Free time or optional boat trip from Budva to Tivat, Kotor, Herceg Novi
17:00 – 18:30 – Dinner in hotel.
21:00 – 00:00 – Festival Evening (26 June)
Day 4:
08:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast.
10:00 – 18:00 – Free time or optional boat trip or Aqua park visit
19:00 – 21:00 – Dinner.

Due to the exclusive location in the Old Town of Budva, stage is not allowed.
