We invite you to join us for the International festival-contest ART STARS IN CROATIA in the beautiful coastal town of Medulin, near Pula, Croatia. Located in the southern part of the Istrian Peninsula, Medulin is a vibrant tourist center known for its sandy beaches, pine forests, and a long seaside promenade, offering a perfect setting for a summer festival. The nearby historic city of Pula, with its famous Roman Arena, provides an additional layer of cultural richness. This picturesque destination creates the ideal backdrop for a memorable cultural and competitive experience from 15-20 September 2026.

Festival Welcomes:

Participants in all listed nominations, including Vocal, Choreography, Instrumental music, Folk art, Fashion theatre, Theatre, Art, and more (see full list inside). Groups, ensembles, soloists, duets, trios, and quartets are welcome.


General Rules:
Performance Duration:

Vocal: Soloists/Duets/Trios: up to 3 min; Ensembles/Choirs: up to 6 min (two contrasting pieces).

Choreography: Soloists/Duets/Trios/Quartets: up to 4 min; Groups/Ensembles: up to 7 min (two contrasting pieces).

Instrumental: Soloists/Duets/Trios: up to 4 min; Ensembles/Orchestras: up to 7 min.

Phonograms (minus track) must be sent via email 20 days before the start.
Bring backup copies of all music on a flash drive.
Max participants per group is not specified, but special conditions apply for groups of 15+.
Send completed application form to confirm participation.
Groups arrange their own transport. Transport during the festival can be arranged upon request (at extra cost).
Accommodation Info
Accommodation is available in 3-star and 4-star hotels in the Medulin/Pula area.
Participation Fee (Main Program – 6 days/5 nights):
Hotel 3*:
448 EUR – Triple room, half board (breakfast and dinner).
Supplement for double room: 54 EUR/person.
Supplement for single room: 155 EUR/person.
**Hotel 4****:
485 EUR – Triple room, half board (breakfast and dinner).
Supplement for double room: 58 EUR/person.
Supplement for single room: 185 EUR/person.
Additional Mandatory Costs:
Tourist tax: 1.60 EUR/person/day (ages 18+); 0.80 EUR/person/day (ages 12-17).
Included by Organizers:
One free leader place per 15 paying participants (15+1).
Trophy cups for groups; commemorative medals for soloists, duets, trios, and quartets.
Registration fee.
Preparation of all necessary documents (e.g., visa invitations).
Certificates, diplomas, and letters of thanks (texts sent for approval).
Hotel Facilities:
Vary by hotel, generally include swimming pools, restaurants, and proximity to the beach.
Spacious group rooms (triple occupancy as base), double and single rooms available with surcharge.

Soloists: 100 EUR
Model/Photo Model/Runway: 150 EUR
Duets: 75 EUR per participant
Trios: 65 EUR per participant
Quartets: 50 EUR per participant
Small groups (5-9 participants): 45 EUR per participant
Groups (10+ participants): 35 EUR per participant


Other Costs:

Headsets for excursions: 5 EUR/person per excursion.

Transport during the festival (must be requested in advance).

Entrance tickets to museums.

Parking for groups traveling by their own transport.

Daytime – Meeting with festival organizers, consultations, rest by the sea.

Daytime – Rest by the sea OR optional excursion to the city of Pula.
Evening – Dinner.


Day 4:

Morning – Breakfast.
Daytime – Rehearsals.
Evening – Competition program. Ceremonial awarding of diplomas and prizes.

Dinner.

Day 5:
Morning – Breakfast.
Daytime – Rest by the sea.
Evening – Dinner.


Day 6:
Morning – Breakfast.
10:00 – Check-out from the hotel.
