We invite you to join us for the International festival-contest VIVA ITALIA in the beautiful resort city of Gabicce Mare, Italy. Located on the Adriatic Riviera, Gabicce Mare is known for its sandy beaches, picturesque hills, and charming coastline, offering a perfect summer setting. The festival is held under the patronage of the City Hall of Pesaro – Italian Capital of Culture 2024 and the World Union of Culture. This stunning location provides an ideal backdrop for a memorable cultural and competitive experience from 27 June to 02 July 2026.

Festival Welcomes:
Participants in all listed nominations, including Vocal, Choreography, Instrumental music, Folk art, Fashion theatre, Theatre, and more. Groups, ensembles, soloists, duets, trios, and quartets are welcome. Participants can be amateurs or professionals.
General Rules:
Performance Duration:

Vocal: Soloists/Duets/Trios: up to 3 min; Ensembles/Choirs: up to 6 min.

Choreography: Soloists/Duets/Trios/Quartets: up to 4 min;

Groups/Ensembles: up to 7 min.Instrumental: Soloists/Duets/Trios: up to 4 min;

Ensembles/Orchestras: up to 7 minTheatre: up to 10 min.

Phonograms (minus track) must be sent via email 20 days before the start.
Bring backup copies of all music on a flash drive.
Special conditions apply for groups of 25+ participants.
Send completed application form to confirm participation.
Groups arrange own transport. Transfers available at extra cost (must be requested 15 days before arrival).

Accommodation Info
Accommodation at 3-star and 4-star hotels in the resort city of Pesaro (e.g., Hotel Majestic Pesaro, Hotel President).
Participation Fee (Main Program – 6 days, 5 nights):
365 EUR – Accommodation in a triple room with half board (breakfast and dinner). Drinks are paid separately.

Additional Costs:

Double room surcharge: 9 EUR/person/night.
City tax: 3 EUR/person/night (ages 14+), paid at reception.
Air conditioning: 7 EUR/room/night (prices may vary by hotel).
Included by Organizers:
One free participation per 25 participants.
Trophy cups for groups; medals for soloists, duets, trios, quartets.
Registration fee and preparation of all necessary documents (e.g., visa invitations).
Certificates, diplomas, and letters of thanks (texts sent for approval).
Hotel Facilities:
Vary by hotel, generally include restaurants and are located near the beach.
(Note: Sunbeds and umbrellas are not included. A free public beach is available.)

Duets: 60 EUR per participant
Trios/Quartets: 55 EUR per participant
Small groups (5–7 participants): 35 EUR per participant

Other Optional Services (extra paid):
Headsets for excursions: 4 EUR/person per excursion.
Transportation services (on request).
Parking for groups traveling by their own transport.
Single rooms and higher-category hotels are available on request.
