Participation Info

We invite you to join us in Ankara-Kazan, Turkey for the International Ankara-Kazan Dance and Music Festival from 27-31 August 2026.

Festival Welcomes:

Folk Dance
Music (Ethnic, Folk)
Dance Theatre groups.

General Rules:

Performance lasting a maximum of 8 minutes (CD or live music).
Bring a national flag.
Limit: 35 persons per group.
Dancers must be over 12 years old.
Send 5 pictures and 1 video via email after applying.
Groups arrange own travel, health, and other insurance.
Festival language is English.
Performances will be in locations decided by the festival committee, outdoors on a 9×10 meter stage, and dependent on weather conditions.

Accommodation options include Dormitory or Hotel.

Participation Fee:
65 EUR – 4 nights full board (FB) in Dormitory.
90 EUR – 4 nights full board (FB) in Hotel.
Included by Organizers:
Historical and touristic trips in spare time.
Full promotion.
Additional Costs/Requirements:
A 10% guarantee fee is to be paid in advance by approved groups (deducted from final payment).
A 1,000 Euro deposit per group is required before 01 March 2026.
