INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the beautiful region of Romagna, Italy, an excellent meeting point for an encounter of different musical cultures.

Romagna offers a unique and incomparable setting, rich in cultural heritage and vibrant local traditions. Its charming towns, picturesque main squares, and welcoming atmosphere create the perfect backdrop for sharing folklore and music with both participants and the general public.

This international festival, from 11–13 September 2026, provides a wonderful base for meeting, socializing, and celebrating popular traditions through outdoor parades and performances.

 FESTIVAL WELCOMES

All kinds of folklore groups (dance, music, traditional ensembles).

 GENERAL RULES

Performances consist of outdoor parades and standing performances in main squares.

For parades: groups perform with their own instruments.

For standstill performances: the organization provides an audio system (compatible with CD/USB) and up to 5 microphones.

Groups arrange own transport to the Emilia Romagna Region. Airport transfer arrangements can be made by the organization.

 ACCOMMODATION INFO

Accommodation in selected 3-star hotels.

Package Prices – Half Board (HB) with Performance Transfers (3 nights): Twin/Triple/Quad room: €250 per person, Third/Fourth bed reduction: €230 per person, Single room supplement per night: €20, 1 free participant for every 25 paying guests.

Package Prices – Half Board (HB) without Performance Transfers (3 nights): Twin/Triple/Quad room: €225 per person, Third/Fourth bed reduction: €205 per person, Single room supplement per night: €20, 1 free participant for every 25 paying guests.

Package Prices – Bed & Breakfast (BB) with Performance Transfers (3 nights): Twin/Triple/Quad room: €230 per person, Third/Fourth bed reduction: €210 per person, Single room supplement per night: €20, 1 free participant for every 25 paying guests.

Package Prices – Bed & Breakfast (BB) without Performance Transfers (3 nights): Twin/Triple/Quad room: €215 per person, Third/Fourth bed reduction: €195 per person, Single room supplement per night: €20, 1 free participant for every 25 paying guests.

All Packages Include: 3 nights accommodation in a 3-star hotel, Meal plan as selected (BB: daily breakfast; HB: daily breakfast + lunch or dinner, water included), Festival registration, City Tax, Personal coordinators for assistance, Performance transfers (only if “with Performance Transfers” package is chosen).

Additional Info: Supplement for non-performer extras (friends/family): €5 per person per night. Extra Night Cost: €48 per person (HB), €38 per person (BB).

 PROGRAM INFO

Day 1 – Friday, 11 September 2026: Morning: Arrival of all groups and hotel accommodation arrangements. Daytime: Optional cultural excursion (depending on arrival time). Lunch at hotel (for HB groups). Late Afternoon: Parade and performances by all participating groups.

Day 2 – Saturday, 12 September 2026: Morning: Free time or optional cultural excursion. Lunch at hotel (for HB groups). Late Afternoon: Parade and performances by all participating groups.

Day 3 – Sunday, 13 September 2026: Morning: Free time or optional cultural excursion. Lunch at hotel (for HB groups). Evening: Final performances and parades by all groups. End of performances: Participation certificates presented to all groups.

Day 4 – Monday, 14 September 2026: Breakfast (if on BB/HB and staying extra night). Departure of all groups. Optional cultural excursion possible depending on departure time.

Note: Schedule is draft and subject to change. Final program issued up to 10 days before the festival.

 EXCURSION INFO

Optional Excursions (extra paid, can be arranged): Guided cultural tours to popular tourist destinations in Romagna. Excursions available on free mornings or depending on arrival/departure times.
