INVITATION
We invite you to join us in the magnificent city of Paris, France, for an inspiring cultural competition and festival from 02–06 May 2026.
Paris, the timeless capital of art, fashion, and culture, offers a breathtaking backdrop of iconic landmarks, historic architecture, and unparalleled artistic atmosphere. This world-renowned city provides the perfect stage for an unforgettable exchange of talent and creativity.
Festival Welcomes
Soloists, duets, trios, quartets, small groups, choirs, orchestras, folk ensembles, and cultural-art societies (children, youth, and adult groups).
General Rules
Performances lasting 6–8 minutes (live music preferred, recorded music acceptable).
All groups must prepare a minimum of 2 different performances.
Bring your national flag.
Each country must bring 3 gifts for official exchanges.
No limit on the number of participants per group.
Submit the application form with:
Minimum 6 digital photos of the group.
A short group description.
Performance videos or links with descriptions.
Groups arrange their own transport to Paris.
Payment: As confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of 1000 € must be paid in advance. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the festival or upon arrival at the accommodation. Last application and deposit deadline: 15.04.2026.
Accommodation Info
Option 1: 3-Star Hotel Stay – Hotels: Temizay, Helen, or Yurdakul Hotel. Fee: 205 EUR per person – 4 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner).
Option 2: Quality Private Hostel Stay – Hostels: Kumru Suites (link), Tuna Kız Öğrenci Yurdu (link) or similar. Rooms: 2, 3, or 4 beds per room with private bathroom. Fee: 150 EUR per person – 4 nights with half board (2 meals daily).
Additional Costs:
Double room supplement (Hotel option): 10 EUR/person/day.
Single room supplement (Hotel option): 20 EUR/person/day.
Included by Organizers:
One free participation per 25 participants.
An attendance certificate for each participant.
Full promotion and organizational support.
Program Info
Day 1 (02 May): Arrival and check-in at the selected accommodation in Paris. Evening free to settle in.
Day 2 (03 May): 10:00 – Official arrival time for all groups. Check-in for late arrivals. Daytime free for orientation or rehearsal. Dinner. Evening: Festival welcome meeting or cultural exchange.
Day 3 (04 May): Breakfast. Daytime free for exploration or optional activities. Dinner. 21:00 – Festival Competition & Performance Evening.
Day 4 (05 May): Breakfast. Daytime free. Dinner. Evening: Awards Ceremony and Celebration.
Day 5 (06 May): Breakfast. 12:00 – Check-out and departure.
Excursion Info
Optional activities (extra paid) may include:
Sightseeing in Paris: Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Montmartre, Notre-Dame.
Seine River cruise and evening shows.
