We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal town of Malgrat de Mar, located on the Costa Barcelona Maresme in Catalonia, Spain.

Malgrat de Mar is known for its sandy beaches, family-friendly atmosphere, and proximity to Barcelona, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and cultural exploration. The festival will be held from 7–12 October 2026, providing an ideal setting for international cultural exchange.

FESTIVAL WELCOMES
Traditional folk groups, including children, youth, and adult groups.

GENERAL RULES
Participating groups must book the festival accommodation packages.
Each group is responsible for its own airfare and transportation to Spain/Malgrat de Mar.

Maximum of 3 groups per country.

Accommodation in 4-star hotels in the touristic area of Malgrat de Mar, such as Papi Hotel, Europa Splash Hotel, or Sorra Daurada Splash Hotel.

Twin room: 220 EUR/person
Triple room (3 adults): 210 EUR/person
Quadruple room (4 adults): 200 EUR/person
Triple room (2 adults + 1 child): 200 EUR/person
Quadruple room (2 adults + 2 children): 190 EUR/person

Package/price for 5 days and 4 nights:
Twin room: 260 EUR/person
Triple room (3 adults): 245 EUR/person
Quadruple room (4 adults): 230 EUR/person
Triple room (2 adults + 1 child): 230 EUR/person

Package/price for 6 days and 5 nights:
Twin room: 295 EUR/person
Triple room (3 adults): 280 EUR/person

Additional Costs & Notes:
Non-performer supplement: 5 EUR/person/night
Extra night: 48 EUR/person/night (full board)

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation
Full payment must be settled one month before the festival

Day 1 – Wednesday, 7 October
Arrival of groups
Morning: Free time or optional excursion
Afternoon: Performance in one of the squares of Malgrat

Day 2 – Thursday, 8 October
Morning: Performances in one of the squares
Afternoon: Free time or optional excursion

Day 3 – Friday, 9 October
Morning: Official welcome ceremony with the Mayor
Afternoon: Grand parade along the waterfront and main streets, followed by performances at Parc Campassol
Evening: Spectacular show at the hotel with all groups

Day 4 – Saturday, 10 October
Morning: Performances by all groups at Plaza J.A. Clavé
Afternoon: Free time or optional excursion (e.g., Barcelona, Girona)

Day 5 – Sunday, 11 October
Morning: Free time or optional excursion
Afternoon: Final parade and performances at Plaza Ancora, followed by award ceremony

Day 6 – Monday, 12 October
Departure of groups
