INVITATION
We invite you to join us in the vibrant capital of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Colombo, the executive and judicial capital of Sri Lanka, is a principal port on the Indian Ocean with one of the largest artificial harbours in the world. The city offers a blend of historical sites, colonial-era architecture, serene temples, bustling markets, and diverse culinary delights, making it the perfect destination for cultural exchange and heritage exploration during the festival from 23–30 November 2026.
PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
The festival welcomes all dance and music groups of any style, including folklore, choirs, majorettes, orchestras, classical, contemporary, oriental, marching and brass bands, and more.
Performances consist of three different dance or music items, each lasting 10–15 minutes, presented once per day at the provided venues.
Participants may be aged from 7 to 70+ years.
Each group must have a minimum of 4 participants, with no maximum limit.
Live or recorded music is allowed.
Groups arrange their own round-trip flight tickets and travel health insurance.
Accommodation is selected from the available 3-star or 4-star hotel packages.
An optional one-day competition category is available.
ACCOMMODATION & PARTICIPATION FEE
Accommodation is provided in selected 3-star or 4-star hotels in Colombo.
The participation fee is 230 EUR per person for 5 nights with full board (three meals per day), double sharing, with arrival on 23 November and departure on 28 November 2026.
The participation fee is 275 EUR per person for 6 nights with full board, double sharing, with arrival on 23 November and departure on 29 November 2026.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Double room surcharge is 10 EUR per person for 3-star hotels and 15 EUR per person for 4-star hotels.
An extra day with full board costs 35 EUR per person in a 3-star hotel and 45 EUR per person in a 4-star hotel.
Monument and entrance fees during tours are not included.

Colombo International Airport pick-up and drop-off.
Colombo City Tour on Day 1 for both packages, with an additional shopping tour on Day 2 for the 275 EUR package.
Certificates for all group members and a trophy for each group.
Comfortable, hygienic hotel accommodation throughout the stay.

EXCURSION INFORMATION
Optional excursions available at extra cost include visits to Negombo, Dambulla, Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, and Bentota.
