INVITATION
 

We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal city of Rimini, Italy.
Rimini, located on the Adriatic coast, is renowned for its expansive sandy beaches, rich history, and vibrant summer resort atmosphere.
It offers a perfect setting for cultural exchange and unforgettable performances during the festival from 24–28 August 2026.

 PARTICIPATION INFO

The festival welcomes folklore ensembles and cultural-art societies, including children’s, youth, and adult groups.
Performances take place during the festival parade and cultural-art shows.
Groups should bring their national flag.
Group details should be sent by email.
Each ensemble is responsible for arranging its own transport to Rimini.
All participating groups will receive an official invitation letter.

 ACCOMMODATION INFO

Accommodation is provided in 3-star hotels in Rimini such as Diamond, Lily, Karin, Ilde, John, Crown, Stacolli, and Elbe.
The participation fee is 225 EUR per person for 4 nights with half board, including breakfast and dinner. Payment may be made in installments until departure.

Additional costs include a double room supplement of 5 EUR per person per night, tourist tax starting from 2.50 EUR per person per day for guests aged 14 and above, and optional excursions which are charged separately.

Included by organizers are one free participation place for every 25 members, certificates and plaques, all organization and program expenses, professional assistance, and invitation letters for visa purposes. Visas are free for participating cultural-art societies.

Hotel stay includes half board service and accommodation in triple or quadruple rooms in centrally located hotels near the beach and city center.

 PROGRAM INFO

Arrival at the hotel and accommodation.
Tour of Rimini including an introduction to the resort, its beautiful beaches, and the city center.
Dinner and overnight stay.
Optional evening visit to local discotheques.

25 August 2026
Breakfast.
Day at the beach or optional half-day tour to Ravenna, known for its UNESCO Byzantine heritage.
Dinner and overnight stay.

26 August 2026
Breakfast.
Festival Day featuring preparation for the parade, the official defile through Rimini, and cultural-art performances.
Presentation of certificates and plaques.
Dinner, optional discotheque program, and overnight stay.

27 August 2026
Breakfast.
Optional half-day tour to San Marino, the oldest republic in the world.
Dinner and optional friendly night at a discotheque.
Overnight stay.

28 August 2026
Breakfast.
Optional full-day tours to Venice, Verona, Padua, or Trieste.
Departure or return to the point of origin.
Farewell and invitation for next year.

 EXCURSION INFO

Optional excursions are available for an additional fee.
Half-day tours may be arranged to Ravenna or San Marino (with own bus).
Full-day tours may be arranged to Venice or Bologna (with own bus).
Evening discotheque visits may also be added to the program.
