INVITATION
We invite you to join the XX International Folklore Festival in Rimini, Italy, taking place from 24 to 28 August 2026. This festival brings together ensembles from around the world to celebrate dance, music, and cultural heritage in one of Italy’s most famous summer destinations. Rimini offers a perfect combination of beautiful beaches, rich history, and vibrant summer atmosphere, making it an ideal setting for an unforgettable artistic experience.
PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
The festival gathers ensembles from many countries, including Italy, Slovenia, Poland, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey, Serbia, Indonesia, India, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Russia, Armenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Hungary, and others.
Performances take place in the lively city of Rimini, with opportunities for sightseeing, entertainment, and excursions to San Marino, Venice, Verona, Padova, Trieste, or Ravenna.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
Each ensemble performs a 10–15 minute program.
Live music or recorded music on CD or USB is accepted.
PARTICIPATION FEE
€215 per person, payable in installments before departure.
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Participants are accommodated in 3★ hotels such as Sombrero, Diamond, Tamanco, Lily, Morfeo, Marabello, Picador, La Torretta Bramante, ABC Hotel, Stacolli, Apis, Madrid, and others.
Accommodation is provided on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner) in shared 1/3 or 1/4 rooms.
Included in the fee are festival organization expenses, certificates and plaques, professional coordination, and an official invitation letter for visa applications.
One free place is provided for every 25 paying participants.
NOT INCLUDED
Tourist tax of €2.5 per person per day for participants over 16 years old.

Nightclub events €10–15
Extra hotel night on half board from €45–55
Visa and travel insurance (visas are free for cultural-art societies with official invitation)
APPLICATION & PAYMENT DETAILS
A 10% deposit is required for festival participation (first invoice).
A 20% deposit is required to confirm hotel accommodation (second invoice).

24 August 2026 – Arrival and Introduction to Rimini
Arrival and hotel check-in.
Information meeting with organizers.
City tour and free time for swimming and relaxation.
Dinner at the hotel.
Optional evening visit to Rimini’s nightclubs.
Overnight stay.
25 August 2026 – Beach Day or Optional Ravenna Tour
Breakfast at the hotel.
Free time to enjoy Rimini’s beaches.
Optional half-day excursion to Ravenna.
Return to Rimini.
Dinner at the hotel.
Overnight stay.
26 August 2026 – Festival Day and Parade
Breakfast at the hotel.
Preparation for the parade.
Official festival parade and cultural performances.
Presentation of certificates and plaques.
Dinner at the hotel.
Optional nightclub event.
Overnight stay.
27 August 2026 – Excursion and Social Night
Breakfast at the hotel.
Optional half-day tour to San Marino.
Return to Rimini.
Dinner at the hotel.
Optional social night.
Overnight stay.
28 August 2026 – Departure or Optional Excursions
Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure of groups or optional full-day tours to Venice, Verona, Padova, or Trieste.
Return to point of departure.

EXCURSIONS INFORMATION
Participants may explore Rimini and its surroundings through organized excursions to San Marino, Venice, Verona, Padova, Trieste, or Ravenna.
