INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the vibrant cities of Bangkok and Pattaya, Thailand, for a celebration of cultural heritage and exchange.

Bangkok, the capital, is a bustling metropolis known for its ornate temples, vibrant street life, and the magnificent Grand Palace. Pattaya, a famous beach resort city, offers stunning coastlines, lively entertainment, and a rich cultural scene. Together, these locations provide a dynamic and unforgettable setting for the festival from 21–27 November 2026.

 PARTICIPATION INFO

Festival Welcomes:
Folk dance groups, music bands, and drum groups.

General Rules:
Performances lasting 5–20 minutes across multiple events.
A cultural competition with rankings (1st–3rd) judged by faculty from the College of Dramatic Arts, Thailand.
Group size must be between 10–65 persons (including officials, musicians, and performers). Members must be over 13 years old.
Maximum 3 groups per country.
Bring one gift for exchange with the organizer.
Send group profile, photos, and YouTube links for publicity.
Groups must arrange their own international transport (flights, visas, insurance).

 ACCOMMODATION INFO

Accommodation:
3–4 star hotels in Bangkok and Pattaya (The Cotai Luxury Design Hotel, Eastern Grand Palace Hotel, Diana Garden Resort).
Standard accommodation is 2 persons per room.

Participation Fee:
7,000 THB per person (approx. 187 EUR). Fee must be paid in Thai Baht only.

Includes:
6 nights hotel, 3 meals per day, internal festival transportation, entrance fees to cultural sites, elephant care activity, and Thai costumes.

Payment Methods:
Bank transfer 5 days before the festival start date.
Cash payment in Thai Baht upon arrival at the festival hotel.
