INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal town of Njivice, located on the sun-kissed island of Krk, Croatia. Known for its serene beaches, crystal-clear waters, and rich cultural heritage, Njivice provides a picturesque setting for an unforgettable cultural exchange.

Festival performances will be held in the main city square, creating a vibrant atmosphere for participants and audiences alike.

 PARTICIPATION INFO

Festival Welcomes:
Folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs, and music bands. Choirs must be able to perform outdoors.

General Rules:
The number of participants is not limited.
There are no age limits.
Groups must arrange their own transport.

 ACCOMMODATION

Hotel Uvala Scott, Njivice

Participation Fee:
159 EUR per person – 3 nights with half board in triple comfort rooms.
175 EUR per person – 3 nights with half board in triple standard rooms with air-conditioning.

Limited number of double rooms available upon request.

Additional Costs:
Additional day: 42 EUR/person/day in comfort room with half board.
Additional day: 49 EUR/person/day in standard air-conditioned room with half board.

Included by Organizers:
Participation in the festival concert.
Accommodation and half-board meals (first service: dinner, last service: breakfast).
Organizational expenses and travel tax.

Not Included:
Transport to/from the festival.
Optional excursion programs.
Insurance.

 PROGRAM

Day 1
Arrival and check-in to the hotel.
Dinner in the hotel.

Day 2
Breakfast in the hotel.
Meeting with organizers to discuss festival details.
Early dinner in the hotel.
20:00 – Festival performance in the main square of Njivice, island of Krk.

Day 3
Breakfast in the hotel.
Free time or optional boat excursion.
Dinner in the hotel.

Day 4
Breakfast in the hotel.
Departure of participants.

 EXCURSIONS

Optional Excursion (extra paid): Boat Trip to Vrbnik
Departure from the port in Crikvenica at 09:00.
Scenic ride along the riviera: Crikvenica – Dramalj – Kacjak – Silo – Vrbnik.
Explore Vrbnik, a typical old Mediterranean town perched on a 48-meter high cliff, famous for its narrow streets (including one of the world’s narrowest), rich history, and ancient Glagolitic heritage.
Arrival back in Crikvenica at 14:00.
