INVITATION

We invite you to the International Beykoz Dance and Music Competition Festival, taking place in the magnificent transcontinental city of Istanbul, Turkey, from September 9–13, 2026. This vibrant metropolis, rich in history and culture, offers the perfect setting for cultural exchange and artistic celebration.

The festival welcomes folk dance groups, modern dance groups, singing ensembles, majorettes, and choruses. Participants must be 10 years old and above.

 GENERAL CONDITIONS

Performances should last between 5 and 15 minutes and may use either USB or live music.
All groups must secure their own medical insurance before attending the festival.
Each group is requested to send group photos with their application.
Groups are responsible for arranging their own transport to Istanbul. Transfers can be organized at an extra cost.

 ACCOMMODATION

Participants will be accommodated in 3-star hotels in Istanbul, with rooms featuring 2–3 beds, private bathroom, toilet, and shower.

Participation Fee:
195 EUR per person for 4 nights / 5 days with half board (breakfast and dinner).

Additional Costs:
Lunch pack: 10 EUR per person per day
Extra day: 45 EUR per person

Included by Organizers:
One free leader for every 30 participants
Two free leaders for groups of 45 or more
Guidance service for excursions
Hotel reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit of the total fee.

 PROGRAM

Day 1 – September 9
16:00 – Arrival in Istanbul, hotel check-in
Evening – Free time, dinner, and meeting for group leaders

Day 2 – September 10
Morning – Breakfast
Day – Excursion to the Byzantine historic district (Blue Mosque, St. Sophia, Topkapı Palace, Grand Bazaar)
Evening – Dinner and performance at municipal open-air stage

Day 3 – September 11
Morning – Breakfast
Day – Shopping center or beach time at the Sea of Marmara
Evening – Festival performances at municipal open-air stage and cultural dance exchange

Day 4 – September 12
Morning – Breakfast
Day – Optional Bosphorus boat trip or shopping
Evening – Performance at municipal open-air stage

Day 5 – September 13
Morning – Breakfast
10:00 – Departure from Istanbul

 COMPETITION INFORMATION

Soloist: 50 EUR per participant
Duet: 40 EUR per participant
Trio: 30 EUR per participant
Groups: 15 EUR per participant

 EXCURSIONS

Optional Bosphorus Boat Trip – a special opportunity to experience the beauty of Istanbul from the water, sailing between Europe and Asia.
