INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the beautiful spa city of Velingrad, Bulgaria.

Velingrad, located in the western part of Bulgaria, 120 km from Sofia, is known as the most popular thermal bath city in Bulgaria, at an altitude of 750–850 meters, with 70 thermal water springs supplying hotels, indoor and outdoor pools.

This city creates the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the festival from 30 January – 3 February 2026.

The festival welcomes folk ensembles from various countries to share their traditions and artistry.

General Rules:
Perform 2 different choreographies.
Perform with live music, CD, USB, or flash.
Bring a board with group name and national flag.
Send application via email.
Groups arrange their own transport.

 ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation at 3-star hotels in Velingrad, Bulgaria.

Participation Fee:
169 EUR – 4 nights with full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

Additional Costs:
Tourist tax included in price.

Included by Organizers:
One free participation per 15 paying participants.
Diplomas and souvenirs.
Festival organization costs.
Final evening with awards: Miss & Mister Festival, Best Costumes, Best Dancing Couple.

Hotel Options:
Hotel Vitoša (3★) – 7 minutes’ walk from the center, 53 renovated rooms, outdoor thermal pool open in winter.
Hotel Devi (3★) – Small family hotel, capacity 44 beds, restaurant, summer garden, outdoor heated pool.

Both hotels feature buffet dining.

 PAYMENT & DEADLINE INFO

Payment Terms:
30 EUR deposit per person at contract signing.
Balance payable upon group’s arrival and hotel check-in.
