INVITATION

Participants are invited to join the festival in Istanbul, Türkiye, from September 4–9, 2026. The festival offers a vibrant platform for cultural exchange, artistic performance, and international friendships.

 PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

Arrival and Departure:
Participants should arrive in Istanbul on September 4, with check-in time at 14:00. Departure is scheduled for September 9, with check-out time at 11:00 a.m.

Number of Participants:
There is no limit on the number of participants, and there are no age restrictions for performers.

Performance Requirements:
Each group will perform a program with a maximum duration of 15 minutes. Groups will have 2 performances, and choir groups will perform over 2 days.

Music:
Participants may use USB or live music for their performances.

Performance Locations:
Performances will be held at locations determined by the festival committee, considering weather conditions.

Documentation:
Participant groups are required to submit 5 different pictures and 1 video showcasing their performances.

Flags:
Each group must bring their national flags.

 ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Hotel:
Participants will stay at the Premier Vista Hotel or similar hotels, located on the beach. More information can be found at Ranax Hotel.

Boarding:
The participation fee includes half-board accommodation (4 nights / 5 days).

Costs:
Participation Fee: 168 Euros per person
Double Room Price: 44 Euros per day per person
Single Room Price: 58 Euros per day

Group Discounts:
For every 25 paying participants, 1 participant can join for free (25 paying + 1 free).

Invitation Letters:
Invitation letters can be provided upon request.

 PROGRAM INFORMATION

Language:
The official language of the festival is English.

Transportation:
Airport transportation costs will be covered by the groups, but the festival committee can assist with arrangements.
Local transportation is the responsibility of the groups, though the festival committee can help organize transportation services.

Health Regulations:
The Ministry of Health regulations will be enforced at hotel entrances and exits.

Insurance:
Participants are responsible for their own travel, health, and other necessary insurances.

 EXCURSIONS INFORMATION

Guided Tours:
The festival committee will provide a guide for all groups during the festival.

Historical and Tourist Trips:
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in historical and tourist excursions during their free time.
