INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal city of Rimini, Italy.

Rimini, on the Adriatic coast, is renowned for its vast sandy beaches, rich history dating back to Roman times, and vibrant Italian culture. It is the perfect setting for an international celebration of heritage and harmony during the festival from 02–07 August 2026.


 PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

Festival Welcomes:
Folklore ensembles, dance groups, choirs, orchestras, and cultural associations (children, youth, and adult groups).

General Rules:
Performances are part of the Grand Festival Performance.
Bring national flag.
Minimum group size: 20 persons (including bus drivers).
Send CV and photos via email.
Groups arrange own transport. Transfers available at extra cost.


 ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Accommodation in 3-star hotels along the Adriatic Riviera.

Participation Fee:
255 EUR – 5 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner) + 1 lunch.
230 EUR – 4 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner) + 1 lunch.
205 EUR – 3 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner) + 1 lunch.

Additional Costs:
Double room surcharge: 7 EUR/person/day.
Single room surcharge: 30 EUR/person/day.
City tax: up to 3 EUR/person/night (max 15 EUR, paid at hotel).
Bus parking: approx. 20 EUR/day.

Included by Organizers:
One free participation per 26 paying participants.
Official invitation letters for visas.
Organizational expenses, professional assistance, full festival program.
Plaques, certificates, diplomas.

Hotel Facilities:
Standard accommodation in triple or quadruple rooms.
Family apartments available (4+2 beds).
Half board (breakfast and dinner) + 1 lunch/early dinner on festival day.


 PAYMENTS

Advance I: 10% – payable to WOFA at the moment of registration/confirmation.
Advance II: 30% – payable to Our Partner within 20 working days after the first advance payment.
Balance: 60% – payable no later than 30 days before the start of the event.

All payments must be made by bank transfer to the accounts indicated by the organizers. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participating group. Payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the group.

In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, major restrictions), payments may be transferred as credit to a future edition of the festival. Payments to the main organizer are due only after the Participation Agreement has been signed.
