INVITATION

We invite you to take part in the International Music & Dance Festival in Ayvalık, Turkey, taking place from 26 to 30 June 2026. This event brings together ensembles, dancers, and musicians from around the world to share culture and art through performances on the Aegean coast.

 PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

Arrival and Departure:
Groups are requested to arrive in Ayvalık on 26 June 2026 by 12:00 PM and depart on 30 June 2026 by 12:00 PM, after breakfast.

Participants:
There are no age restrictions for participants.
The number of participants is also unlimited.

Performance Requirements:
Preferred groups are those that can perform with live music; however, recorded music is also acceptable.
Each group should prepare a performance duration of 5-10 minutes.
All groups must prepare a minimum of two different performances.

Cultural Representation:
Each group should bring a flag representing their country.

Certificates:
Each participant will receive an attendance certificate.

Awards:
Participating groups will be recognized for the following categories:
Best Music
Best Costume
Best Performance
Best Choreography

Financial Information:
Please note that pocket money will not be provided to groups by the Festival Committee.

Application Process:
After completing the application form, please email a minimum of six digital pictures, a short description of your group, and videos or links showcasing your performances.

 ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Participation Fees:
160 Euros per person for 4 nights / 5 days at the following hotels:
Dobra, Kalif, Mare, Cemgül

180 Euros per person for 4 nights / 5 days at:
Ergin Hotel, Billurcu Hotel

Free Member Offer:
For every 25 participants, one member is free of charge (24 + 1).

Room Supplement Fees:
There is a 5 Euro supplement per person per day for double rooms.
There is a 15 Euro supplement per person per day for single rooms.

Included Services:
Organizational expenses
Accommodation in a hotel for 4 nights
2 meals per day (open buffet breakfast and dinner)

 EXCURSIONS INFORMATION

While specific excursions have not been detailed, participants are encouraged to explore the beautiful surroundings of Ayvalık and its archipelago during their stay.
