II International Music & Dance Festival ''JORDAN FEST''

INVITATION
We are delighted to invite folk ensembles, choral groups, majorette teams, art schools, orchestras, bands, modern dance teams, and ballroom dance teams (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the II International Music & Dance Festival “JORDAN FEST”, taking place from April 30 to May 4, 2026, in Aqaba, Jordan.
PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
A non-competitive event showcasing traditional and modern dances and music.
Open to children and youth folklore groups, modern dance groups, vocal and instrumental groups, and solo performers.
Each group may include up to 50 members, including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members.
Groups must prepare at least two folk dances, 10–15 minutes each, or a 15-minute program for choral groups. Performances will occur in the evening hours, leaving daytime free for exploration and excursions.
Groups must submit a short CV and photos, and bring their country’s flag for the festival.
TRAVEL & TRANSFERS
Arrival via Aqaba International Airport (visa-free for festival participants) or Amman International Airport.
Festival organizers provide free airport transfers to and from the hotel.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
Souvenirs, certificates, and a festival guide for each group.
Free participation for every 25th member.
All performances will be documented, with video links and photos shared after the festival.
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Participants will stay in 3-star hotels such as Dweik II, Dweik III, or similar options in triple rooms (double rooms available for an extra charge).
Pricing:
4-night package (BB): €141 per person.
5-night package (BB): €170 per person.
Additional €10 per person per day for double rooms.
Dinner option: €19 per person per day.
Optional 4-star hotel accommodation available upon request.
Additional Stay:
Participants can extend their stay in Jordan for €37 per person per day (BB basis).
Insurance:
Participants must arrange their personal health insurance. First aid and emergency medical services will be available but not covered by the organizers.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
Proposed Itinerary:
Day 1:
Arrival at Amman or Aqaba airport and transfer to the hotel (7:00–13:00).
21:00 – Welcome meeting with group leaders.
Day 2:
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
11:00–16:00 – Excursions or Red Sea beach time.
19:30–23:00 – Festival evening.
Day 3:
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
11:00–16:00 – Excursion to the Dead Sea.
19:30–23:00 – Party at the hotel.
Day 4:
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
11:00–19:00 – Full-day excursion to Petra.
19:00–21:00 – Dinner and free time at the hotel.
Day 5:
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
11:00 – Departure.
Optional Extended Stay:
Day 5 – Workshop (learning different dances) from 19:30–23:00.
Day 6 – Breakfast and departure.
EXCURSIONS INFORMATION
Optional excursions are available to explore Jordan’s rich history and stunning landscapes.
Petra – One of the Seven Wonders of the World.
Dead Sea – Beach time and Red Sea activities also available.
Transportation for all excursions will be organized by the festival.
