INVITATION

We warmly invite folk dance groups, modern dance groups, singing ensembles, majorette teams, and choruses (participants aged 10 and above) to join the X International Festival Art and Culture Camp “ŞILE-RAMADA.”

Taking place from April 1–5, 2026, in the enchanting setting of Istanbul and Şile, this festival unites the vibrant cultural atmosphere of a metropolitan city with the serene natural beauty of the Black Sea coast. The camp provides an ideal environment for artistic growth, cultural exchange, and unforgettable experiences.

 PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

The festival is a non-competitive showcase for traditional and modern performances.

Each group should prepare one or more performances lasting 5–15 minutes, with live music or CD/USB accompaniment. Participants are required to submit group photos with their application.

All groups must secure their own medical insurance before attending the festival.

Performances with either live or recorded music are permitted.

 ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Accommodation is provided in the 4-star Ramada Hotel in Şile. Rooms feature 2–3 beds, each with private toilet and shower.

Participation Fee:
195 EUR per person for 4 nights and 5 days, including full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

Additional Costs:
Extra day: 45 EUR per person.

Included by Organizers:
One free group leader for every 30 paying participants.
Two free leaders for groups of 45 or more.
Access to hotel and camp facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, game rooms, and an activity hall.
Participation in cultural activities such as Turkish folk dance workshops, music instrument sessions, Turkish language lessons, and morning exercises.

Hotel reservations are confirmed after a 20% deposit of the total participation fee is paid.
