    With pleasure we INVITE you (folk groups, Choral groups and orchestras majorette teams), (children, youth and adults groups) to participate on XII International  Music & Dance festival “THESALONIKI FEST  ” 16 - 20 July ,Thesaloniki,Greece 

Festival is in cooperation with the local ensemble, local association, municipalities of the citiy of Thessaloniki, and the touristic organization organize the International festival in Thessaloniki. All folklore groups are free to apply for the festival without   the age limit or the limit of the participants.

Festival Program

16.07/1 Day 

14:00 Arrival to Thessaloniki in the selected accommodation unit. Free time for the individual activities.

19:00 Dinner

21:30 Meeting of the group leaders with the organizers. 

Overnight

17.07/ 2 Day 

07:30 Breakfast

10:00 Briefing with the organizers and other participants.

12:00 free time for the individual activities, preparing for the opening of the festival.

17:30 Dinner

19:00 Gathering of the groups. Defile.

19:30 Opening ceremony of the the festival. Performances of the groups (The detailed program of the festival and the order of appearances will be submitted to the groups on their arrival)

18.07/ 3 Day 

07:30 Breakfast

Free time on the beach and free activities. Optional Sightseeing Tour of Thessaloniki, sea boat ride..

17:30 Dinner

19:00 Performances of the groups. Closing ceremony of the festival, plaque and diploma award, exchange of the presents between the groups and the organizers. End of the festival.

19.07/ 4 Day 

07:30 Breakfast

10:00 Optional shopping tour to the commercial center “Kosmos”, sightseeing of the Thessaloniki, tour to the White Tower, Aristotle square, Byzantine castles, Agia Sophia..

19:00 Dinner

Optional night out to the local tavern with the live music

 Participation Fee: 

- 159€ for 4 nights with 2 meals per day in 3* hotel 

Price includes:

 Accommodation in the hotel in base HB / breakfast and dinner / 

Participation on the festival

 Companion during the festivaL

 Price does not include:

Optional excursions, night outs, parties, sightseeing, bus parking fee (where required), foreigner city tax (where required, for the participants above 14. Y.o. excluded the group leaders and drivers) 

Insurance for passengers. Other individual costs of the participants.
