INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the vibrant capital city of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Colombo, the executive and judicial capital of Sri Lanka, is a principal port on the Indian Ocean and home to one of the world’s largest artificial harbours. The city offers a unique blend of historical landmarks, colonial architecture, serene temples, lively markets, and diverse cuisine, creating an inspiring atmosphere for international cultural exchange during the festival from 10–17 June 2026.

 PARTICIPATION INFO

The festival welcomes all dance and music groups of any style, including folklore, choirs, majorettes, orchestras, classical, contemporary, oriental, marching and brass bands.

Each group presents three different performances, each lasting 10–15 minutes, once per day at designated venues.

Participants may be aged from 7 to 70+ years.

Groups must include a minimum of four participants, with no maximum limit.

Live and recorded music are both permitted.

Groups arrange their own international travel and personal travel health insurance.

Accommodation is selected from the offered 3-star or 4-star hotel packages.

An optional one-day competition category is available.

 ACCOMMODATION INFO

Accommodation is provided in selected 3-star or 4-star hotels in Colombo.

The participation fee is 230 EUR per person, including 5 nights with full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), double room sharing, with arrival on 10 June and departure on 15 June.

The participation fee is 275 EUR per person, including 6 nights with full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), double room sharing, with arrival on 10 June and departure on 16 June.

Double room surcharges apply as follows: 10 EUR per person in 3-star hotels and 15 EUR per person in 4-star hotels.

An additional day with meals costs 35 EUR per person in 3-star hotels and 45 EUR per person in 4-star hotels.

Monument entrance fees during excursions are not included.

The organizers provide airport pick-up and drop-off at Colombo International Airport.

A Colombo city tour is included on Day 1 for both packages, with an additional shopping tour on Day 2 for the 275 EUR package.

Certificates are awarded to all participants, and each group receives a trophy.

 PROGRAM INFO

Day 1 – 10 June
Arrival at Colombo International Airport, hotel check-in, lunch, rest time, and dinner.

Day 2 – 11 June
Breakfast, directors’ meeting, lunch, rehearsals, and opening ceremony, followed by dinner.

Day 3 – 12 June
Breakfast, rest, lunch, festival performances, and dinner.

Day 4 – 13 June
Breakfast, rest, lunch, closing ceremony, and dinner.

Day 5 – 14 June
Breakfast and Colombo city tour, lunch, continued sightseeing, and dinner.

Day 6 – 15 June
Breakfast and check-out for participants on the 5-night package.

 EXCURSION INFO

Optional excursions are available at extra cost and may include visits to Negombo, Dambulla, Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, and Bentota.

Monument entrance fees are not included.
