INVITATION
We warmly INVITE YOU to join us in Rimini, Italy, for an unforgettable cultural festival. Rimini, located on the Adriatic coast, is famed for its stunning beaches, rich history, and vibrant Italian culture. The city provides the perfect setting for a celebration of global heritage and harmony during the festival from 28 June to 3 July 2026.
PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
The festival welcomes folklore ensembles, dance groups, choirs, orchestras, and cultural associations (children, youth, and adult groups).
General Rules:
Performances are part of the Grand Festival Evening.
Groups must bring their national flag.
Minimum group size: 20 persons (including bus drivers).
Groups should send profiles and photos via email.
Groups arrange their own transport; optional transfers are available at extra cost.
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Accommodation is provided in 3-star hotels along the Adriatic Riviera.
Participation Fee:
6 days / 5 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner) + 1 lunch/early dinner on festival day: 235 EUR per person
5 days / 4 nights with half board: 210 EUR per person
4 days / 3 nights with half board: 185 EUR per person
Additional Costs:
Double room surcharge: 7 EUR/person/day
Single room surcharge: 30 EUR/person/day
City tax: up to 3 EUR/person/night (max 15 EUR per person, payable at hotel)
Extra night: 47 EUR/person/day
Bus parking: up to 20 EUR/day
Included by Organizers:
One free participant per 26 paying participants
Official invitation letters for visa support
Organizational expenses, professional assistance, certificates, plaques, and diplomas
Full festival program
Hotel Facilities:
Standard triple or quadruple rooms
Family apartments (4+2 beds)
Half board meals included (breakfast and dinner)
Payments:
Advance I: 10% payable to WOFA at registration/confirmation
Advance II: 30% payable to our partner within 20 working days after first advance
Balance: 60% payable no later than 30 days before the festival
All payments via bank transfer; bank charges are the responsibility of the group.
Payments are non-refundable. In case of force majeure, payments may be credited to a future edition.
Payments to the main organizer are due only after the Participation Agreement has been signed.
