INVITATION
We are pleased to invite you to the International Festival in Rimini, Italy, from 28 June to 3 July 2026.
Rimini, on the Adriatic coast, is renowned for its stunning beaches, Roman history, and vibrant Italian lifestyle. It provides the perfect setting for a celebration of global heritage and harmony.
PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
The festival welcomes folklore ensembles, dance groups, choirs, orchestras, and cultural associations for children, youth, and adults.
Performances are part of the Grand Festival Performance. Each group must bring their national flag. The minimum group size is 20 persons, including bus drivers. Group details should be sent by email.
Groups are responsible for their own transport. All transfers are extra.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is provided in 3-star hotels along the Adriatic Riviera. Rooms are standard triple or quadruple, with family apartments (4+2 beds) also available. Check-in is after 14:00, and check-out until 11:00.
Prices:
240 € per person for 5 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner) plus 1 lunch.
215 € per person for 4 nights with half board (25 € less for one night fewer).
190 € per person for 3 nights with half board (50 € less for two nights fewer).
Additional costs:
Double room surcharge 7 € per person per day.
Single room surcharge 30 € per person per day.
City tax up to 3 € per person per night (maximum 15 € total, paid at the hotel).
Extra night 47 € per person per day.
The participation fee includes one free person for every 26 paying participants, organizational expenses, the full festival program, professional assistance, official invitation letters for visas, plaques, certificates, and diplomas.
PAYMENTS
Advance I: 10% – payable to the Promotion Platform at the moment of registration/confirmation.
Advance II: 30% – payable to the main organizer (FolkVision Events) within 20 working days after the first advance payment.
Balance: 60% – payable no later than 30 days before the start of the event.
All payments must be made by bank transfer to the accounts indicated by the organizers. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participating group. Payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the group.
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, major restrictions), payments may be transferred as credit to a future edition of the festival. Payments to the main organizer are due only after the Participation Agreement has been signed.
