INVITATION
We are pleased to invite majorette teams, orchestras, and brass bands from around the world to participate in the Majorette & Orchestra Festival “Pula Parade of Harmony,” which will take place from June 26 to June 30, 2026, in Pula, Rovinj, and Rijeka, Croatia.
The festival aims to present the cultural traditions of different countries and provide an opportunity for participants to come together, establish friendships, and present their culture through music and dance.
GENERAL RULES
Eligible participants include folklore groups, vocal groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, art schools, choirs, and music bands from all countries.
Groups should prepare a 12–15 minute program (USB or live orchestra).
Each group should bring their national flag.
The festival is limited to 60 participants per group (only three groups per country), including musicians, dancers, leaders, and family members.
A short CV and group photos should be sent via email.
Groups are responsible for their own transportation to and from the festival.
For those arriving by plane, the festival committee can arrange transfers and provide cost information.
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Participation Fee:
149 Euros – 3 HB (3 nights with 2 meals per day – open buffet with drinks, including non-alcoholic and local beer for dinner)
194 Euros – 4 HB (4 nights with 2 meals per day – open buffet with drinks, including non-alcoholic and local beer for dinner)
239 Euros – 5 HB (5 nights with 2 meals per day – open buffet with drinks, including non-alcoholic and local beer for dinner)
Additional double room: 11 Euros per person per day
Single room: 30 Euros per person per day
Accommodation is provided in 3* Tourist Resort Duga Uvala with 2 meals per day in standard rooms. The hotel has its own beach, swimming pools, and offers triple and quadruple rooms.
On request, participants can extend their stay in Istria at a special price of 46 Euros per day per person HB (valid only for festival participants).
Tourist tax and insurance: 1.6 Euros per person per day (paid additionally).

INSURANCE: Personal responsibility and health insurance are the obligations of the groups. First Aid and a Medical Hospital will be available, but medical services must be covered by the group.

21:00 – Meeting with festival representative at the hotel.

18:30–20:00 – Dinner at the hotel.
21:00 – Rehearsal for the festival.

21:00 – Festival evening in Pula square.

EXCURSIONS INFORMATION
Fish Picnic Cres Island
Departure from Rabac port (45 min drive). Duration: Whole day (10:00–17:00). Includes boat ride, grilled fish lunch, drinks, Cres sightseeing, beach time, and animation on board. Bus transfer to Rabac not included.
Panorama by Boat
Departure from Rabac port (45 min drive). Duration: 2 hours. Scenic ride along the Istrian Riviera and Kvarner Bay with views of Cres and Lošinj islands. Bus transfer not included.
Labin by Night
Guided tour of the medieval town of Labin (30 min drive). Includes tasting of olive oil, wine, and grappa. Bus transfer not included, minimum 15 participants required.
Pula
Guided tour of Pula (30 min drive). Visit the Arena amphitheater and Roman monuments. Entrance tickets and bus transfer not included, minimum 15 participants required.
Rakalj Village
Visit a small Istrian village (15 min drive). Includes viewpoint, cultural presentation, and optional food tasting (extra). Bus transfer not included, minimum 15 participants required.
Gems of Istria
Visit Rovinj, Poreč, Motovun, Svetvinčenat, and other sites. Tailored guided tour of coastal and inland villages. Entrance tickets and bus transfer not included, minimum 15 participants required.
Brijuni Croatian National Park
Departure from Fažana (45 min drive + boat transfer included). Visit nature, archaeological sites, and an open-air zoo. Bus transfer not included. Discounts available for children and elderly.
