INVITATION

We are pleased to invite choral groups, vocal groups, singing groups, and other performing groups (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the I International Choral Festival “Dubai Golden Voices” from December 13–19, 2025 in Dubai, UAE. This international festival is a unique opportunity to share music, culture, and friendship while enjoying the world-famous atmosphere of Dubai.

FESTIVAL GOALS

 The aim of the festival is to showcase the cultural traditions of different countries and provide a platform for members of performing groups to come together, establish friendships, and present their culture through music. The festival seeks to bring music closer to the people by presenting performances on the streets and squares of Dubai.

GENERAL RULES

 This is a non-competitive festival featuring choral and vocal performances, along with opportunities for other art performers.

Every group is eligible to participate, with a limit of three groups per country.
Each group may consist of up to 50 members (including singers, managers, and accompanying persons).
Groups should prepare a program of 12–15 minutes (live or on USB).
Choral groups should prepare a 12-minute free program.
Each group must send a short CV (5–6 sentences in English), five photos of the group, and a video performance link.
Groups must bring the national flag of their country.
Groups are responsible for their own transport for arrival and departure.
The festival will provide certificates and gifts for all participants.

ACCOMMODATION

 Participation fee:

189 EUR per person for 4 nights / 5 days with breakfast (BB)
238 EUR per person for 5 nights / 6 days with breakfast (BB)

Rooms are in triples and quadruple apartments. Double rooms are available with an additional fee of 15 EUR per person per night. Single rooms are 49 EUR per person per night.

Dinner (open buffet) can be arranged at the hotel for 20 EUR per person per day.

On request, you can extend your stay in Dubai. The price is 49 EUR per person per night (BB) in 4* hotels, in triple rooms.

Tourist tax is additional at 2.5 EUR per person per day.

For EU country members, a visa for Dubai is not required.

INSURANCE

 All groups are responsible for their own personal and health insurance. First Aid and hospitals will be available, but medical services must be covered by the group.

13:00 – Arrival in Dubai, hotel accommodation, and free time (beach)
21:00 – Meeting with festival representatives

Day 2 (December 14)
08:00–11:00 – Breakfast
11:00–18:00 – Free time (beach or sightseeing Dubai – optional)
19:00–21:00 – Dinner in hotel (optional) or visit Mall of the Emirates

Day 3 (December 15)
07:00–11:00 – Breakfast
14:30–23:00 – Beach time or optional Desert Safari with dinner and show

Day 4 (December 16)
08:00–11:00 – Breakfast
11:00–16:00 – Free time (beach or optional excursion to Burj Khalifa)
18:00–22:00 – Festival evening (12–15-minute performance from each group)

Day 5 (December 17)
09:00–11:00 – Breakfast
11:00–15:00 – Free time (beach or optional excursion to Palm View and Dubai Frame)
17:00–23:00 – Visit Miracle Garden and Global Village (optional)

Day 6 (December 18)
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast
11:00–18:00 – Free time (beach at JBR or optional Abu Dhabi sightseeing with lunch)
19:30–22:00 – Free time or optional Dubai Marina dinner cruise

Day 7 (December 19)
08:00–09:00 – Breakfast
10:00 – Departure of participants

 Dubai City Tour – Half day including Medinat Jumeirah market and old Dubai (guide + transfer + ticket)
