INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal city of Lloret de Mar on Spain’s famous Costa Brava. This vibrant location offers stunning beaches, rich cultural heritage, and a lively atmosphere, making it the perfect setting for an international cultural exchange from [insert dates].

The festival welcomes choreographic groups of all styles, instrumental ensembles, vocal performers (choirs and soloists), theatrical groups, photography and video artists, fashion designers, arts and crafts exhibitors, creative word artists, mixed music and dance groups, and other types of artistic performers.

 GENERAL RULES

Each group should prepare two competition acts (maximum 4 minutes each).
Each group should prepare one act for the Gala Concert.
Theatrical groups perform one 15-minute piece.
Background music must be sent 14 days before the festival.
Live music is allowed.
Groups are responsible for their members during events.

Important Notes
The festival requires a minimum number of participants and reserves the right to cancel 30 days prior if not met.
In case of cancellation, full refunds are provided.
Tourist tax is payable at hotel check-in.
Transfers are available at additional cost.
Three-meal option is available with extra charge.
