INVITATION

We invite you to the historic city of Wrocław, Poland, for a festive musical celebration. Known as the city of 100 bridges, Wrocław’s rich history under Czech, German, and Polish influence has shaped a unique cultural identity. The festival will take place in sacred venues, including the St. Vincent and St. James Cathedral, providing a magnificent backdrop for performances from 19–21 December 2025.

FESTIVAL WELCOMES
Academic, folk, professional, mixed, male, female, children’s, and church choirs
Vocal-choral ensembles, folk groups, and small groups from 5 persons
Chamber instrumental ensembles (string quartets, wind ensembles, mixed groups)
Groups with experimental forms (choral singing with percussion, folk with electronics)

GENERAL RULES
Performance duration: 12 minutes for choirs and vocal groups (2–4 works), 8 minutes for instrumental ensembles
Repertoire must be spiritual, sacred, or classical. Performance a cappella or with live accompaniment only
Groups must bring their national flag
Application form and repertoire list must be submitted by email in advance (repertoire with backing track must be pre-approved)
Groups are responsible for their own transport to and from Wrocław
Leaders and parents are responsible for group safety and conduct
Groups are liable for any damage to property

ACCOMMODATION INFO
Festival Package (3 days / 2 nights, half board)

145 EUR per person – Hostel / 2* hotel (3–4–5 bed rooms)
205 EUR per person – 3* hotel (2–3–4 bed rooms)

One extra day with half board: 60–70 EUR per person

Meals start with dinner on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure

Included in the Festival Package:

Transport service in Wrocław
For groups of 20+: one free place for the leader

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
Participation Fee:

5–10 participants: 20 EUR per person
11–20 participants: 18 EUR per person
21–35 participants: 16 EUR per person
36+ participants: 15 EUR per person

Participation fee is paid separately for each competition category entered

The fee covers festival participation, organizational and technical support, diplomas and distinctions, a festival trophy, personalized acknowledgments for teachers, official invitations, and media coverage
