INVITATION

We invite you to join us in Vienna, Austria, a city rich in cultural heritage and historical landmarks, from 27 February to 1 March 2026.

This international festival gathers folklore ensembles from around the world to share their national traditions, dances, and music in one of Europe’s most elegant and inspiring capitals.

Festival Welcomes
Folklore ensembles from Austria, Sri Lanka, Romania, Croatia, Germany, Italy, Poland, Lithuania, Mexico, France, Ukraine, Greece, India, Turkey, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Montenegro, Slovenia, and more.

General Rules
Performance duration is limited to 10 minutes per group (live orchestra or CD).
Each group should bring its national flag.
Participants are responsible for their own transport.
Number of available seats is limited.


 ACCOMMODATION

Participants will be hosted in excellent 3-star and 4-star hotels in Vienna.

165 EUR – 4★ hotels (e.g., Event Hotel Pyramide)
155 EUR – 4★ hotels (e.g., Hotel Rainers 21)
145 EUR – 3★/4★ hotels (e.g., Arion City Hotel, Hotel HB1 Design & Budget)

Included in Price
Accommodation for 2 nights with breakfast in triple or quadruple rooms (supplement for double room: 5 EUR per person per night).
Organizational costs, diplomas, and invitation letter.
One free place for every 25 participants.

Additional Costs
Extra dinner: 25–35 EUR in hotel or 20–25 EUR in restaurant.
Optional sightseeing tours (Vienna, Schönbrunn Palace, Danube Tower).
Travel insurance.


 PROGRAM

Day 1 – 27 February 2026
Arrival and hotel accommodation.
Optional guided sightseeing of Vienna (Belvedere, Karlskirche, Ringstrasse, Hofburg, Stephansplatz, etc.).
Free time and overnight stay.

Day 2 – 28 February 2026
Breakfast.
Preparation and sound rehearsal.
Festival Opening Ceremony and performances.
Optional friendly evening party.
Overnight stay.

Day 3 – 1 March 2026
Breakfast.
Optional sightseeing of Schönbrunn Palace and gardens.
Free time or optional visit to the Danube Tower.
Departure.

Vienna City Tour
Discover Vienna’s most famous landmarks: Belvedere Palace, the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Ringstrasse, Hofburg Palace, and St. Stephen’s Cathedral.

Schönbrunn Palace
Visit the former imperial summer residence with lavish rooms and expansive gardens, including the Gloriette viewpoint.

Danube Tower
Enjoy panoramic views of the city from Vienna’s iconic tower.
