PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

● Open to folk dance & song ensembles, orchestras, choirs, instrumental groups, modern & contemporary dance troupes, hip‑hop crews, marching bands, majorettes, fashion theaters, and similar performing arts groups
● No limit on number of participants or age
● Performance time: up to 10 minutes per group
● Display national flags and group name banners during performances

PARTICIPATION FEE

● Groups (11+ participants):
– Standard Hotel: €185 per person (4 nights HB*)
– Hotel* Basic: €195 per person (4 nights HB*)
– Hotel* Comfort: €215 per person (4 nights HB*)
– Additional nights: €42–€50 per person/night
● Individuals & small groups (≤10 participants):
– Standard Hotel: €210 per person (4 nights HB*)
– Hotel* Basic: €230 per person (4 nights HB*)
– Hotel* Comfort: €260 per person (4 nights HB*)
– Additional nights: €42–€50 per person/night
● HB* = half‑board (breakfast & dinner)
● Room supplements:
– Double room: +€5 per person/day
– Single room: +€15 per person/day
– Tourist tax: +€1.50 per person/day
● Group discounts:
– Every 25th participant attends free
– 41st–43rd participants attend free for groups of 40+

● Room types: 3‑bed & 4‑bed rooms, limited double/single options

DAY 2 – PERFORMANCES (May 24)

● Group performances (10 min each)

DAY 3 – EXCURSIONS & CULTURAL ACTIVITIES (May 25)

● Optional excursions: Venice, Padua, Verona, Trieste

● Submit group biography & high‑resolution photos
● Pay 30% deposit by March 23, 2025
● Final participant list (names, DOB, passport details) by May 10, 2025

CANCELLATION POLICY

● Up to 60 days before arrival: full refund
● 59–15 days before: deposit + 30% of total fee withheld
● Less than 15 days/no‑show: 100% penalty
● Force majeure: deposit transferable to future Sopravista events (valid 3 years)
