With pleasure we INVITE YOU ( folklore groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, majorette teams, instrumental groups),(Children,youth,adult groups) to participate on XI International folklore festival in Primorsko ,Primorsko,Bulgaria 18-23 July 2025

You can choose one of this dates with the same conditions.

The Festival light motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and regions, and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together and create friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music.

 General rules :

-          Festival is non competitive and every group has right to participate

-           On the festival may participate children’s, youth and adults folklore groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, majorette teams, instrumental groups. Age of the participants are not limited.

-          The number of participants are limited (only 3 groups from each country),

-          Each group should consist of most 60 members including dancers, managers and musicians,

-          Ensembles should have prepared at least 2  dances, 10-15 minutes each with orchestra or USB.

- For the Choral  groups 15 – 20 minutes free program. The performances will be in the evening hours so you can plan the day ahead and use it for visiting the historical part of the city and  excursions.

-          To send short CV and 2 – 3 photos from the group by mail,

-          To bring a flag of the country,

-          Folklore groups should have there own transport for arrival and departure.

    Program

Arrival of groups in Primorsko ... Group accommodation. Lunch. Info-meeting of representatives of groups, giving useful and specific information related to Primorsko, and the stay of groups in the resort... Dinner. The possibility of going to one of the Discotheques. Overnight stay.

Breakfast. In the morning, an optional departure to Sozopol... one of the oldest cities on the Black Sea. Sozopol is located in the southeastern part of Bulgaria and is one of the most attractive and sought-after resorts in Bulgaria. Upon arrival in Sezopol, tour of the ancient Old Town and the church where the relics of St. John the Baptist are located. Faculative Boat ride with a panorama view of Sozopol, possible visit to the islands of St. Anna and St. Anastasia, along the Ropotamo river, which flows into the Black Sea. Free time for swimming and enjoying the beautiful beaches of Sozopol. Return to Primorsko. Lunch. Leisure. Dinner. Optional: Discotheque. Overnight stay.

Opening of the II. International Folklore Festival in Primorsko!!!
Performances of Folklore Ensembles. Awarding of diplomas, plaques and gifts.
Possibilities of going to a joint friendly evening!!! Dinner. Overnight stay.

Breakfast. Free time for swimming and water sports, socializing with the Ensemble... Lunch. Free afternoon. Dinner. The possibility of going to one of the Discotheques. Overnight stay.

Breakfast. Optional departure for Burgas, tour of sights such as: Cathedral of St. Cyril and Methodius, Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, departure to Morskata Gradina (Primorski Park), the most famous park in Burgas. Free time for swimming on the beach and socializing with the Ensemble. Return to Primorsko for lunch. Ensembles who want to stay the whole day can take a lunch packet with them for lunch. Return to Primorsko. Dinner. The possibility of going to one of the Discotheques. Overnight stay.

Participation Fee

• 185 Euro per person for the accommodation in Hotel Level***

Free place of each 25th member (24+1)

Participation Fee includes:

• Accommodation in Primorsko in Hotels like: Hotel Level*** in 1/4 and 1/3 rooms, on the basis of 5 full boards (breakfast, lunch and dinner ) - supplement for 1/2 rooms is from 5 Euro per person per night
• Diplomas and Plaquas

Participation Fee not include:

• Optional excursions: Cruise - 15-25 Euro (depends on the length of the cruise), excursion to Sozopol - 10 Euro, excursion to Burgas - 15 Euro...
  • The prices depend on the number of people and they can be changed.
• Travel expences, travel insurance, parking in hotels, vignettes, tolls for groups with their own transport

Note: all the ensembles must provide their own music, accompanying orchestra or music USB. Each ensemble is required to prepare a performance of 10 minutes.
