INVITATION

 We are pleased to invite you to the XIX International Folklore Festival in Rimini, Italy, which will take place from 06 – 09 July 2026. This festival gathers ensembles from around the world to celebrate cultural diversity through dance, music, and tradition in one of Italy’s most beautiful summer resorts.

PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
Participants will include ensembles from Italy, Slovenia, Poland, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey, Serbia, Indonesia, India, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Russia, Armenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Hungary, and many more.

The festival features cultural performances in the vibrant city of Rimini, excursions to San Marino, Venice, Verona, Padova, or Trieste, as well as social events, sightseeing, and entertainment.

Each ensemble must perform a 10–15 minute program and provide their own music, either live orchestra or recorded music on CD/USB.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Participation Fee: €169 per person (payable in installments before departure).

Included in the price:
Hotel accommodation in 3★ hotels (examples: Sombrero, Diamond, Tamanco, Lily, Morfeo, Marabello, Picador, La Torretta Bramante, ABC Hotel, Stacolli, Apis, Madrid).
Half-board service (breakfast and dinner in shared 1/3 or 1/4 rooms).
Festival organization expenses.
Certificates and plaques.
Professional event coordination and assistance.
Invitation letter for visa applications.
1 free seat for every 25 participants.

Not included in the price:
Tourist tax (€2.5 per person/day for participants over 16 years old, depending on hotel category).
Optional excursions.
Nightclub events.
Additional hotel days on half-board: from €50, depending on the hotel.
Visa and travel insurance (visas are free for cultural-art societies with an official invitation from an Italian cultural-art organization).

10% deposit required for festival participation (first invoice).
20% deposit required to confirm hotel accommodation (second invoice).

PROGRAM

06 July 2026 – Arrival & Introduction to Rimini
Arrival of ensembles and hotel check-in.
Information meeting and tour of Rimini (beaches and historic city).
Free time for swimming and relaxation.
Dinner at the hotel.
Optional visit to Rimini’s famous nightclubs.
Overnight stay.

07 July 2026 – Festival & Parade
Breakfast at the hotel.
Festival parade through Rimini and cultural performances.
Presentation of certificates and plaques.
Dinner at the hotel.
Optional nightclub event.
Overnight stay.

08 July 2026 – Excursion & Social Night
Breakfast at the hotel.
Optional half-day excursion to San Marino: Garibaldi Monument, Porta San Francesco, Liberty Square.
Return to Rimini.
Dinner at the hotel.
Optional social night at a nightclub.
Overnight stay.

09 July 2026 – Departure & Optional Tours
Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure of ensembles or optional excursions to Venice, Verona, Padova, or Trieste.
Return to point of departure.

EXCURSIONS INFORMATION
Participants will have the opportunity to explore the cultural heritage of Rimini and its surroundings through organized excursions, including San Marino, Venice, Verona, Padova, and Trieste.
